Learn, practice, bloom, grow!!!🪷

This pincha felt muscly, I’ve felt much lighter and more aligned during classes when going into it, but as everything in life, it’s a work in progress😌

Every time I fall out of a pose, I’m getting stronger, learning more, and trusting myself deeper🪷 by @moreflowmo

Here are some yamas and niyamas I’ve learned after my first class I co-taught with the most amazing group!

🫧Aparigraha- let that shit go, the anxiety, the fear of messing up, the expectations, the control

🪷Ahimsa- stop being violent in my thoughts thinking I’m not good enough to teach, I made it to this point for a reason!

💗Santosha - being happy with whatever happens, not feeling like I need an insane sequence with complicated transitions to have a beautiful class

🧘🏾‍♀️Tapas- having the discipline to continue teaching even when it’s scary, practicing as a student even when it’s boring, and getting back in the pose even when I fall out by @moreflowmo
