Setting up for a sound bath requires me to ground my own vessel first. To hold space for community, I have to be in tune with the moment and hear what needs to come through.

Nourishing properly is key. If I eat junk before a sound bath, it muddies my ability to channel.

Holding intentional space means paying attention to what I put into my body so I can show up clear and present. Everything I share is meant to support that clarity and alignment.

I collaborated with @morelifeliquid on the “Luminosity” blend, designed to de-inflame and nourish. Tap the link in bio to get yours ✨

How do you reset your energy before showing up for others?

A night rooted in well-being, creativity and community.

The @morelifeliquid Wellness Lounge x The Artist Collection came to life at @sandiegomadefactory as an immersive experience centered around art, music, culinary storytelling and non alcoholic beverages curated in collaboration with @geminelle , @afielseven and @deejaydandelion .

Made possible through the #narrativecapital pilot @prebysfound , this experience gave us the opportunity to turn an idea into a living proof of concept for the More Life Liquid Wellness Lounge.

@beautifullapril helped shape the physical world of the experience through her custom furniture, sculptural pieces and the bar that became the centerpiece of the space. @chefmayanailah of @centriceats brought the collection to the plate, @rameljwallace guided the pilot and our community filled the room.

Together we created a space where wellness could be social, art could be experienced and nourishment could bring people together.

This was more than a launch. It was a glimpse into what we are building.

More nourishment. More creativity. More community. More Life. Sponsored by @naluhealingarts @inspiresmilessd @naluhealingarts @ilytheplantlady @blocalsandiego @the_monster_mazz @sessionsbythebay_entertainment @bayawellness @wellieai by @morelifeliquid

Some patterns are meant to be broken.

Pattern Breaker was created around the idea that growth requires us to see differently. To question what we repeat. To recognize what no longer serves us and make room for something new.

Created in collaboration with @afielseven , Pattern Breaker brings that idea into something you can experience.

Apple. Blueberry. Lime. Basil. Sea Moss. Blue Spirulina.

But this collection has always been about more than what’s in the bottle. It’s about what we nourish in ourselves and what becomes possible when we create in community.

What pattern are you ready to break?

🌱 BLOSSOM

My Final Culinary Expression for The Artist Collection

For my final expression, representing SOUL, I wanted to create something warm, familiar and comforting while interpreting elements of @deejaydandelion green Blossom drink through food.

🌸 BLOSSOM

A soft apple cinnamon roll layered with a cinnamon apple brown sugar blend, finished with a vanilla apple pistachio icing infused with dandelion, and topped with pistachio dust.

The apple carries an element of the drink into the dessert, while dandelion became my little culinary nod to the artist herself. 🌱

Warm. Nutty. Botanical. Soulful.

And with that, my three culinary expressions are complete:

PATTERN BREAKER. LUMINOSITY. BLOSSOM.
MIND. BODY. SOUL.

Tonight, you finally get to experience them together. ✨

This Artist Collection is more than just a collection of juices. It’s a merging of worlds with people who are all rooted in living well.

@morelifeliquid really brought us all together for a common mission to spread sustainably sourced juices to the world, and it inspired us to create together in a beautiful way to help launch these juices.

With @deejaydandelion on the beat and @afielseven & I finding the pocket, I know hearing all these pieces come together in person is going to hit different.

Come hear us perform this live Saturday, September 5th at @sandiegomadefactory for the More Life Liquid Lounge & Artist Collection Launch. Live music, tastings, and community all night.

RSVP is free at the link in my bio. DM me your confirmation screenshot and I’ll send you 15% off all Mantra Loops merch ✨

When I think of more life, it’s this: fresh pressed juice, a morning sunrise, good company, and a celebration of our luminosity ✨

This morning on the sand catching the sunrise with my brother, taking my sweet time, and letting the light do what it does.

Luminosity came out of that exact space. We created this blend with @morelifeliquid to bottle something that feels like morning sunlight and a deep exhale.

Come taste it in person and celebrate with us:
