@moresh.moroccan Gourmet Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil is now available @target! You know I won’t stop talking about what high-quality oil this is at such a reasonable price point. And it’s TRACEABLE, so you can scan the QR code on the iconic yellow bottle to literally see where the oil was harvested. No sketchy olive oil blends ruining your meals. #ad Caramelized Cauliflower and Brussels Sprout Salad with Dates, Almonds & (Just a Little) Spicy Tahini Dressing (Serves 4) 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp gran. garlic 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 1 medium cauliflower 2-3 tbsp @moresh.moroccan olive oil 3 cups of cooked quinoa, cool  1/2 lb. Brussels sprouts, shaved or smashed into leaves (see below) 1 cup finely diced celery (Just a Little Spicy) Tahini Dressing (below) 1/2 cup sliced dates (these lovelies are from @terradelyssa) 1/2 cup toasted almonds Pomegranate molasses (garnish) •Preheat oven to 450° F and place an 18 x 13 sheet pan on middle rack. Combine turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic and salt. Cut cauliflower into 1 in florets and toss w/ olive oil & spice blend. Once oven is preheated, remove the pan and spread the cauliflower onto it. Roast cauliflower for 26-30 min total, flipping once. VERY IMPORTANT: 2x during cook time, carefully crack the oven door to release any steam that has built up in oven (lean to the side so the steam doesn’t hit you in the face). This ensures the cauliflower sears instead of steams. Cool for 10 min on pan. Combine quinoa, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, celery + 1/2 cup dressing. Plate and shower with dates, almonds, more dressing + pom molasses.  •To Smash the Brussels Sprouts: Make a v-shaped cut into each Brussels sprout to remove each core. Smash about 3 at a time using a heavy bottomed pot (smash down 3-5 times). Break apart into their individual leaves. Wash, dry, + chop the leaves. • (Just a Little) Spicy Tahini Dressing 1/3 cup tahini 4 tbsp lemon juice 1/3 cup water 1/2 tsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp ground chipotle powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp gran. garlic S+P Whisk together honey, lemon juice & tahini. Add water incrementally to loosen. Whisk in olive oil, spices + by @moresh.moroccan

⚡ Quick After Work Recipe | Creamy Coconut Prawn Curry 🍤🥥 After a long day at work, the last thing I want is to spend hours in the kitchen. This creamy coconut prawn curry is one of my favorite weeknight meals because it’s ready in just 15 minutes, full of flavor, and so comforting! ✨ Ingredients: • Prawns • Olive oil i used @moresh.moroccan • Curry powder • Paprika • Ground ginger • Salt & black pepper • 1 onion • 1 tbsp cornstarch • Coconut milk powder • Dried parsley • Basmati rice 👩🏻‍🍳 Directions: Season the prawns with olive oil, curry powder, paprika, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes, then remove the prawns, leaving all the delicious juices in the pan. Sauté the onion in the same pan until softened. Add the cornstarch and coconut milk powder, then pour in a little water while stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Return the prawns to the pan and coat them well in the sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of dried parsley for a touch of color. Serve with fluffy basmati rice... trust me, it’s absolutely delicious! 🤤 💛 Save this recipe for your next busy weeknight, and don’t forget to follow for more Quick After Work Recipes! #quickafterworkmeals #15minutemeals #easydinner #foodcreatorcanada #moreshmoroccanoliveoil by @moresh.moroccan
