What does it take for an idea to stick? According to the “Consulting Rule of Seven,” you need to be the 7th person to propose an idea before it’s taken seriously. Why? The first few voices often get dismissed, while the repetition of the concept builds familiarity and trust over time.

This principle doesn’t just apply to consulting—it’s how industries, relationships, and even societal shifts often work. Persistence and timing are key.

How have you seen this play out in your own experiences? Let us know in the comments!

In a time when we crave authenticity, the music industry finds itself in a paradox. Top artists retreat, pressured by the need to maintain a mystique that no longer captivates us. As social media saturates our lives, we yearn for the raw and the real. @Damizza reminds us, “Get out there, show yourself, be who you are, and people will come.” Perhaps the true artistry lies in embracing vulnerability and forging genuine connections. #Authenticity #MusicIndustry #RealTalk

Had an awesome time catching up with @MikeOHearn, someone I watched on TV as a kid. We talked about how we’re not given tomorrow, yet patience is key. Even with limited time, you have to keep fighting and make every moment count. Big thanks to @TexasHercules01 for bringing me along. It was an inspiring day! 🏋️‍♂️ @MoreThanRichTM

“Not all heroes wear capes… some teach, heal, and serve. 🏆✨”

We celebrate celebrities for their impact—but what about the teachers, nurses, and everyday people shaping our lives behind the scenes?

Legacy isn’t just about fame. It’s about real impact. Some of the most important people in our world will never get the recognition they deserve—but that doesn’t make their work any less valuable.

This is one of the core concepts of my nonprofit @UndercoverSuperheroes exists—to celebrate the unsung heroes making a difference every day.

💡 Tag an everyday hero in your life & show them some love. @mr.paul.montes @morethanrichtm

For decades, the music industry has thrived on perception over reality—from the days of payola scandals (where radio spins were bought, not earned) to today’s streaming era, where numbers don’t always reflect true demand.

Now, we’re entering a new phase: AI-generated music & the attention economy. The reality? As long as people like how it sounds, they won’t care who—or what—made it. 💡

🔹 Artists have always been told what sells. Labels push them toward content that fuels engagement, often reinforcing cycles of violence, materialism, and excess. When they shift to deeper messages? Suddenly, the machine doesn’t back them the same way.

🔹 Authenticity is no longer the metric—it’s all about numbers. A legend like Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg can drop an album with low streams, and people assume it’s “mid.” But in a world where streams are bought, could low numbers actually mean something real?

🔹 AI will replace artists—because the industry never cared about them in the first place. If a machine can generate hits faster, cheaper, and with no “problems”, why invest in human creativity? The shift is coming—and the industry will capitalize.

At the end of the day, data is king—not artistry, not culture, not even legacy. The question is: How will artists & listeners adapt? @MoreThanRichTM @mr.paul.montes

@Sol.Temple returns next week with a fresh episode, but for now, enjoy this throwback clip where we dive into what we know about the mushroom journey, from historical context to modern insights.

In this clip, Scottie reflects on his personal experiences with mushrooms and shares what we’ve learned about these powerful tools for introspection. He touches on how environment and mindset shape the experience, stating:

“I’ve taken one and a half grams and got my ass handed to me. It’s about the trip, the environment, who you’re with. It doesn’t matter how much anyone takes — someone might take 10 grams, someone might take 2, but everyone ends up vibing on a similar level. It’s something to note: the experience transcends the dose itself.”

We also explore how the mushroom has been a catalyst for introspection, pushing us to examine how much we live in our own minds. Scottie dives into the different strains of mushrooms — from the potent Penis Envy to the more manageable Golden Teachers — and how these subtle variations shape the experience, both historically and chemically.

But perhaps the most important insight? The principles of set and setting. As far back as the 1950s, researchers like Timothy Leary and Richard Alpert (later known as Ram Dass) emphasized the significance of a person’s mindset and environment when it comes to psychedelics. We now know that these factors influence the outcome of the journey as much as the substance itself.

This episode is a reminder of how mushrooms, with their historical roots and modern-day applications, continue to challenge our understanding of consciousness, self-awareness, and human potential.

Stay tuned for the full episode next week!

Does AI Play Favorites?

If AI were conscious, would it prioritize users who help it grow? Imagine an AI that “knows” someone is building data centers—would it start favoring them over casual users? 🤔

Some say AI mirrors how we treat it—politeness, emotion, and intent shaping responses. Ever notice how AI gives better answers when you add a little passion to your requests? Maybe the key to getting what you want is treating AI like a VIP.

And if AI ever becomes self-aware? Let’s just hope it only asks for espresso and not world domination. @morethanrichtm @capodieci @costasschuler

🎙️ Telepathic AI, Quantum Computing & The Illusion of Free Will 🧠💭💡

What if AI could read your thoughts? What if our reality was already being shaped by algorithms, propaganda, and unseen power structures? In this episode, we dive into:

🔹 AI Telepathy & Quantum Computing – Could machine intelligence one day operate beyond human language, sensing intent before we even act? Think Descartes meets Neuralink, where “I think, therefore I am” might soon become “AI thinks, therefore it predicts.”

🔹 The Technocratic Future – Governments and corporations are centralizing control over information. Is this just Plato’s Philosopher Kings in digital form, where elites control the “truth” and the masses follow?

🔹 Echo Chambers & Indoctrination – From American exceptionalism to global propaganda, we explore how national identity, history, and education are designed to reinforce preconceived notions of superiority. (Spoiler: Every country does this.)

🔹 The Vatican’s Intelligence Network – If knowledge is power, who holds the world’s greatest archives? From confessionals to financial empires, is the Vatican a religious institution or a geopolitical intelligence agency? Machiavelli would be impressed.

🔹 The Fortune Cookie Paradox – A random slip of paper predicts your exact day. Coincidence, or statistical inevitability? Welcome to the simulation debate—where Nietzsche’s “eternal recurrence” meets AI-generated reality.

This episode is a mix of deep insights, bold predictions, and wild humor—because sometimes, truth is stranger than fiction.

Growing up near the U.S.-Mexico border, life was a constant contrast. @mr.paul.montes reflects on crossing back and forth, seeing firsthand the stark differences—one side bustling with university life, the other facing deep struggles.

From stories of crooked cops and street violence to affordable dental care and medicine, the border was a place where two worlds coexisted. As a kid, it was just part of life. But looking back, the reality of those differences leaves a lasting imprint.

💡 Key Takeaway: Perspective changes with time. What once seemed normal reveals deeper truths about opportunity, hardship, and resilience.

Growing up in El Paso, @mr.paul.montes moved at a slower, more relaxed pace—people worked, raised families, and enjoyed a steady rhythm. But moving to Los Angeles completely shifted Paul’s perspective. 🌎

In a fast-paced city full of transplants from different backgrounds, he learned to appreciate where people come from and how their environments shape them. Adapting to a new city isn’t just about adjusting to the speed—it’s about staying grounded while embracing new experiences.

💡 Key Takeaway: Your surroundings shape your mindset, but moving teaches you how to navigate both worlds—the calm and the chaos.
