As we reflect on this season, my heart is full of gratitude. I feel incredibly blessed and honored to have coached this amazing group of young ladies.

At the beginning of the year, there were plenty of doubts about what this team could accomplish. Instead of listening to the noise, these girls showed up, worked hard, believed in one another, and let their actions speak for themselves. Together, we've gone **57-23-1** with a few tournaments still left to play.

One of the things I'm most thankful for is watching athletes grow in confidence. Some of these girls were overlooked as pitchers, and now they're stepping into that role and proving what they're capable of. Seeing that kind of growth has been one of the greatest rewards of this season.

At MTS, our mission has always been bigger than wins and losses. We strive to create a positive environment where every athlete feels valued, encouraged, and empowered. Every kid is more than a number—they each have unique gifts, and they all deserve the opportunity to grow and succeed.

As we finish out the month, we'll put our gloves down for a short break before getting back to work. More than anything, I hope this season has helped every girl become more confident, more resilient, and more prepared for the opportunities that lie ahead. My hope is that when they reach high school, each of them gets the chance they've worked so hard to earn.

To the players, parents, and families thank you for your trust, commitment, and support throughout this journey. It's been a privilege to be part of these girls' lives, and I'm excited to see what the future holds for every one of them.

The season isn't over yet, but no matter what happens, I'm incredibly thankful for this team and everything we've accomplished together. ❤️🥎 by @morethansoftball
