Congratulations are in order, sir, on your nomination as the Africa Positive Impact Entrepreneur under @climaafrica

Your dedication, resilience, and commitment to making a difference are truly admirable. Through Optimum Partnership Africa, you continue to champion security solutions that protect people, property, and businesses. Beyond business, your heart for humanity shines through the work of the More Than Us Foundation, where you support education, empower widows, create platforms for young people through initiatives like In Jesus We Dance, and walk alongside them as they discover and pursue their God-given purpose.

Your journey is a beautiful reminder that true success goes beyond building a business; it is about building people, transforming lives, and creating a lasting impact.

This nomination is a testament to the lives you continue to touch and the difference you are making across the continent.May this be the beginning of even greater milestones as you continue to lead with purpose and impact.

Congratulations once again, sir! by @morethanusfoundation_ke

Leveraging Local Work Cultures: The Key to Global Leadership

Global leadership is not about imposing one way of working,it is about understanding people, embracing cultural differences, and building environments where diverse teams can thrive.

I’m looking forward to sharing insights on how leaders can leverage local work cultures to strengthen collaboration, drive innovation, and build organisations that succeed across borders.

As businesses become increasingly global, the ability to listen, adapt, and lead with cultural intelligence is no longer an advantage it is essential.

The future of leadership is global, but effective leadership begins with understanding local.

A Word for the Next Generation of Leaders
We had the privilege of sitting down with our CEO, Mr. Tim Chege, for a powerful conversation on leadership, purpose, and the courage to answer God’s call.

We asked him what advice he would give to those who feel called to lead but are afraid, uncertain, or questioning whether they are ready.

His answer was simple yet profound:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about trusting the One who called you.

God is the source of our wisdom, strength, courage, and ability to lead. When He calls you, He will equip you. When He gives you an assignment, He will provide the grace to fulfill it.

To every upcoming leader who feels called but is scared: don’t let fear make you disobedient to your purpose. Trust God. Step out in faith. He is the One who qualifies, equips, and guides you.

Your understanding may be limited, but God’s plan is not.
Your strength may fail, but His grace never will.

Lead with faith. Lead with humility. Lead with God. by @morethanusfoundation_ke

We met Miken Arts in Nakuru during In Jesus We Dance, and what stood out wasn’t just his incredible art, but the message behind it.

His paintings speak of hope, perseverance, and the courage to keep going. He reminded us that when we use the gifts God has placed in our hands and involve Him in what we do, our work can become something greater than we imagined.

To every young person feeling like giving up: keep creating. Keep believing. Keep going. Your current season is not the end of your story.

Today, we celebrate Miken Arts — a true Hero of Hope. 🖌️✨

May your hands continue to create, inspire, and remind the world that there is always hope.
