Everyone asks about our floors so here it is 👇

We went with Coretec Ravenswood Oak LVP and I’d choose it again in a heartbeat. The color is the perfect neutral, it’s incredibly durable, and I don’t stress about pets scratching it or kids running in from the pool with wet feet.

We had hardwoods in our last house and intentionally chose LVP this time for the durability and price point. It looks beautiful but actually works for real life. @coretecfloors

An upgrade you should choose every time: closed mudlocker storage.

Doors and drawers instantly conceal backpacks, sports bags, purses, keys, shoes—you name it—so your space stays looking fresh, clean, and intentionally designed instead of cluttered. It’s one of those small decisions that makes a huge impact 🙌🏼

Soft curves meet timeless subway tile — my daughter’s bathroom turned out so good with this arched shower—classic, clean, and just the right touch of whimsy. What do you think? @daltile @homedepot

And yes, it’s for pasta tonight. 😂 But contrary to popular belief, that’s not all we use it for! Filling vases, watering cans, pots for potatoes, rice, soups, and adding water to recipes. 🤣 Safe to say this is one decision I have ZERO regrets about!

Call it boring, I call it peaceful. 🤎 Unapologetically neutral and perfectly content over here.

We loved bringing our home gym to life. It may not be a lot or enough to some but it’s perfect for us! 🫶🥰

The prettiest house in the world wouldn’t mean much to me if it wasn’t full of the people we love. 🤎 When we built this home, the vision was always bigger than the finishes. I wanted a place where people felt comfortable enough to stay awhile. Where the kitchen is crowded, the kids are loud, friends become family, and memories are made in the ordinary moments.

A full house was always the dream. And getting to live it is my favorite part. 🥹🤎
