2024 youth world championships guiyang 🇨🇳!

My first youth worlds was such a great experience. I’m so grateful to have been able to represent canada on the world stage! 🇨🇦🌏

I’m happy to have been able to fight hard on my first route, but an early mistake on the second route left me feeling pretty disappointed. The results are definitely not what I had hoped for or felt capable of, but I’m learning that the experience means much more.

I had so much fun meeting climbers from all over the world.

Psyched to get back to training for next season 💪🔥

pan american series slc! ☀️

crazy hot weekend with some great people and great rock climbs. last comp of the season for me and happy to have found some flow and a good mental space. I know I’m capable of more but that’s the game and we keep playing it. lots to work on and lots to be proud of ❤️‍🔥

2026 boulder and lead youth nationals 🇨🇦 - p4 & p5

some happy and sad tears this week in montreal 🥹

six rounds and eighteen hours in iso later… i’m walking away reminded of how much i love this sport. while it’s hard not to let the results cloud my judgement, i truly enjoyed myself on the mats

happy to see some progress in my bouldering even if the real goals were for lead

a big thank you to all my friends that made this year special and especially to my mom for continuing to come and support me

and another thank you to @sgray.photos and @canyon.escalade_ for the photos!

one more next year? 🤝

senior nationals ‘26 🏔️

some ups and downs, try hard, and lessons learned from a tough week of competition. the level in canada keeps rising, and i just gotta keep getting stronger.

first big comp since moving away to university, and honestly it’s been a bit of a mental battle, so im happy to have been able to fight and give a strong performance even if it wasn’t all that i hoped for or expected from myself.

thankful for my friends, this community, and especially my new team and family @progressionbouldering for supporting me and pushing me to keep working hard 💕❣️

euro trip moments ☀️⛰️🥨

I had the best time training in innsbruck 🇦🇹 and munich 🇩🇪 (and brixen 🇮🇹!). grateful to be a part of the first international team canada training camp getting to climb with such a strong crew. big thanks to all the coaches and gyms for an amazing time with lots of learning 🫶.

until next time!👋👀
