Even if we do all the right things, but not compassionately or lovingly, we’ve gained nothing. God’s way isn’t the American Way.

Tried Aby’s Kitchen taco truck that’s often parked in the Lowe’s parking lot. Ordered the Quesabirrias (3 to an order) and an El Pastor taco.

Super legit Mexican food! Great flavors! The Quesabirrias are arm-dripping good. And the taco had little pieces of pineapple. Green chili salsa was legit.

Hit em up!! 🇲🇽 taken in Lowe's Home Improvement by @morgancafe

Fall. Time for oil change, new air & gas filters. And oh hey—where did all the air go in my rear tire?? 😳 taken in Kokomo, Indiana by @morgancafe

Columbian vise made in Cleveland OH, probably in the 1940s.

Great price on Marketplace. Soaked it in Evapo-rust, then angle grinder with wire wheels. Wiped down with acetone. Masked. Couple coats of primer. Few coats of an old school green.

Just can’t bring myself to buy a new cheaply made overseas vise when there are so many great old ones in garages & barns.

Spent less money, great vise, fun to do, feel great about giving new life to something old 😎 taken in Kokomo, Indiana by @morgancafe

Beautiful Fall days are for draining, cleaning, & refilling the spa 😎

This time I cleaned it inside & out w/the power washer (relax, it’s not a commercial grade “damage-your-hot tub” model 😉) And it worked really well! taken in Kokomo, Indiana by @morgancafe

Why buy a new vise when there are great old US mades all over Marketplace for a few bucks? Better quality and I love bringing things back to life.

This is probably from the ‘40s. Still more cleaning to do, then a paint job. Derusted with Evapo-Rust, then angle grinder w/wire brushes so far. taken in Kokomo, Indiana by @morgancafe
