We welcomed baby brother this week 🩵
Gaines McCormack Sims
4/28/26
6 pounds 14 ounces of squishy boy!

His names are deep rooted family names, but when searching for a verse for him I ran across Paul’s letter to the church of Phillipi in Phillipians 3:7-11, and I knew we picked the right name.
To lose is to gain, and we would lose it all again to have the faith, the family, and the testimony we do now. Welcome to the crew sweet Gaines. Everyone (especially big brother) is so excited you’re here 🩵 by @morgancsims

Almost 6 months with our baby “Gaino” as his brother says, and he’s just getting sweeter by the day. These are the best days of my life. I love my Sims men! 🤍 by @morgancsims

My big boy is 2 today 😭 He’s never met a stranger. LOVES music and to sing and dance. Loves any type of ball, tractor, truck, or car. And loves a good trip to the store with mom where he gets to ride in the shopping cart. I’ve said it since he was a baby: every day is the best day of his life! He has brought me two of the best years of my life. Years filled with joy that I wasn’t sure I’d have again. I’m so proud of him and absolutely honored to be his mom. We love you so much Kenny! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎈 (Enjoy this carousel to his current favorite song. The boy has taste 😆) by @morgancsims

It’s our number one man’s birthday today!!! He is the most selfless, dedicated, faithful man and I’m so thankful our boys have him to look up to. In year 32 he ran some crazy races, welcomed baby boy number 2, picked up the slack at home while i was unwell pregnant with baby boy number 2 😆, baptized one of his best friends, took some incredible trips, and much much more. Ready for another year of adventures! We love you Mack Daddy! by @morgancsims

More from G Day 🕊️🤍
It was the most wonderful, peaceful day. God has the most amazing ways of reminding us He is near and He cares for us. Gaines happened to be born on the same day his great grandpa Charles passed away 20 years ago. He was the most incredible man who everyone loved. Gaines makes great grandchild number 13 (!!!) for my sweet Ma, and now she has a reason to celebrate on one of the hardest days of the year for her. We have also just so happened to have the same nurses (plus many more doctors and midwives not pictured) for all three of our children’s births. Truly from the valley to the mountain tops these girls witnessed it all. Kennedy got a quilt from @amber_jolley19 with my dad’s shirt sewn in and Gaines got a teddy bear 🥹 little pieces of their grandpa that would be absolutely over the moon about them. Seriously, we cannot describe how grateful we are for all the people who have helped and prayed for us the past few years. Our family is FULL of miracles! by @morgancsims
