let’s clear it up:

1 - you do not need a cheat day every week. It’s “nice” but if you aren’t seeing progress at the rate you want, pull back your cheat meals. Those “free meals” should be used strategically to support your goals, not keep you stuck and unhappy. Think about your future-self.

2. You need to be lifting heavy and utilizing progressive overload. Getting more defined means building more muscle TO define. You will not build muscle by just going through the motions. If you aren’t thinking, “fuck I don’t know if I can get this rep” at least once in your workout, you probably aren’t going hard enough.

3. Eating healthy is the bare minimum. It’s like expecting your boyfriend not to cheat on you. Changing your physique requires you to hit your nutrition targets, not just guess or eyeball it.

4. The scale does not measure body recomp. You can lose barely ANY weight on the scale and completely change your physique. You can also achieve your goal weight on the scale and not look the way you want. Use the scale, yes. But also use pictures, measurements, workout diary, energy levels, etc. alongside scale data.

5. Every time your friends ask to go to dinner, you forget to meal prep, or you need to swing through a drive-thru is NOT an excuse to indulge. You have to be selective on when you want to indulge, and every other time you need to be fitting your options into your macros (which is possible, with a little effort).

6. If you skipped your Bulgarian split squats in your last workout, I need you to do those in your next one plus 3 sets of 20 walking lunges.

hope that makes sense 🫶🏼

Spooky 🦇👻 it gets real at slide 4, 5, 6, and please not 14 💀 by @morganself_

but there’s ONLY 2 pounds difference.

Taking on 3 new clients to start NEXT WEEK.

Do you check even half of these boxes? 🫣

You ✨can✨ still drop body fat and build muscle if not, but cutting your calories won’t be the way to do it.

🔥 Comment or DM me “TRANSFORM” and I’ll send you my phase guide so you know what you should do next.

Make sure you’re following ◡̈ by @morganself_

if you’re waiting for life to change without you changing first, we are going to be here a while 😮‍💨

If you’re waiting for things to calm down - learn how to ride it out in the storm.

If you’re waiting to feel more ready - jump and figure it out as you go.

If you’re waiting for things to get easier - get stronger.

When you own everything in your life as your responsibility to overcome, you get your power back.

One thing I hate to see is a woman sit around and wait for life to give her what she wants instead of going and taking it for herself 🔥 by @morganself_

If you’ve been tracking 130g of protein, lifting 4 days a week, hitting your steps, and STILL look pretty much the same as you did a year ago… read this 👇🏼

🔥Fat loss is a PHASE. Not the entire fucking strategy.

If your only plan is to lose weight, maintain it for a little while, and then try to lose more weight… you’re missing a huge piece of the puzzle.

Building a lean, toned body requires different phases of nutrition and training. And sometimes that means intentionally eating MORE, not less.

Eating MORE has been the factor that’s helped most of our clients actually start seeing fat loss 🤯

The goal isn’t to see how long you can stay in a calorie deficit, right?? It’s to actually change your body composition.

And that takes a strategy.

💬 DM / Comment LEAN and I’ll send (if you follow me) you my roadmap to help you understand what phase you should be focusing on right now 🤝🏼 by @morganself_

35 is looking good so far 😍

also - I left before the last picture. Or did I? 🤔 by @morganself_

We have a “wins” channel with our whole team, and here’s just a few things dropped in there from the last few weeks 🤭

So proud of our clients. So proud of the team we have supporting them.

So proud of myself for building Omnia these past 10 years 🖤

“Our mission is to create a lasting transformation by teaching our clients how to show up with integrity, discipline, and self-respect - inside and outside the gym. We believe the best results come from aligned effort, honest coaching, & a process that supports the whole person, not just the outcome.” ◡̈ by @morganself_

The goal was NEVER to track your macros for the rest of your life. 👏🏼

The goal is to learn enough about your body and your nutrition that you eventually don’t HAVE to.

Because tracking macros isn’t just about hitting your numbers.

It’s about learning what proper portions look like, how much food your body actually needs, and how to fuel yourself to lose fat AND build muscle.

Hitting macro targets just because your coach tells you to isn’t going to help either, unfortunately.

What happens when you stop working with them? 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you haven’t actually learned WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, you’re right back where you started.

Comment or DM me “TRACKING” and I’ll send you my Macro Guide + a free training on the best practices for tracking macros so you can actually see results. (Gotta be following me)💪🏼 by @morganself_

Can we normalize keeping our coach and not eating like a trash panda this holiday season? by @morganself_

Imagine learning how to be in control of how your body looks and feels through any season…

Imagine not freaking out about holiday weight gain because it just doesn’t happen.

Imagine not having to look for the next diet plan to do when you fall off the current one.

Imagine not having to wonder if you’re doing the right things, if progress is going fast enough, or if this is going to stick longterm.

Imagine having energy without drinking 500mg of caffeine.

Imagine feeling less stressed and chaotic because you have structure and routine.

Imagine having a TEAM of badass women helping you create the life you’ve been trying to create on your own for years.

& now, imagine that with 35% off 🤭
