Because Mine Does! 💖
Life is Full of Hard Things!
But I’ve Learned We get to Choose Our Hard!

I’ve spent my whole life doing hard things! Then I hit a wall and my body was telling me things had to change! My nervous system was fried, my mind was scattered, and I had stopped up leveling my personal growth.

I craved my vitality again! I craved clarity of mind, I craved a new challenge!

We purchased land and started building a new business only to realize I was creating the same level of grit with a new storyline.

Then I stumbled along this woman dancing freely on the internet, living in vitality, healing in faith and was curious. So I leaned in, accepted an invitation.

We purchased the Ionizer for our Wellness Sanctuary, and that dream is still very real! But now My dreams are even Bigger, My Vitality is Returning, My Nervous System is Healing, and I’m Inspired Beyond Belief… I am Living in a Knowing that God’s Plan for me includes Great Impact! My Life has Changed! It’s Changing even More The Vision has Expanded!!

If any of this resonates with you or inspired you, I would love to open the door for you, show you how I’m doing it, introduce you to the Team that has held me through the process and help you Change Your Life too!

If you are ready for a life upgrade drop a line, a 💖, or send me a message. I’m so ready to support you!

It was a Beautiful and Blessed Day!

The Baños de la Hedionda (often misspelled or conflated with “Baños de Heldianos”) are ancient sulfur thermal baths located in Casares, Málaga, Spain, in the Sierra de Utrera.
Key History & Timeline
• Roman Origins (1st Century BC): The baths date back to around 61 BC. A famous legend states that Julius Caesar camped in the area and cured a persistent skin condition (or herpes) by bathing in the sulfurous waters after the Battle of Munda, leading him to order the construction of the original bathhouse.
• Later Renovations (17th–20th Centuries): The main spherical vaulted brick, stone, and lime concrete building seen today largely took shape with construction starting in the 17th century, followed by active development and remodeling throughout the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries.
• Notable Visitors: Over the centuries, the baths have hosted historical figures including King Alfonso XI, writer Washington Irving, and the famous Andalusian bandit José María El Tempranillo

“Then he went out to the spring and threw the salt into it, saying, “This is what the LORD says: ‘I have healed this water. Never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive.’ ” And the water has remained pure to this day, according to the word Elisha had spoken.”

Ebbs and Flows describes a recurring, natural rhythm of continuously changing situation. Change is Inevitable, Such is the Rhythm of Life, the question is whether or not you’re willing to flow with it.

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.”

“But everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light. This is why it is said: “Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.””
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭13‬-‭14‬

Until we are willing to open our eyes and see our weaknesses we remain powerless

Until we are willing to open our eyes and see our pain we remain trapped

Until we are willing to open our eyes and see truth we remain lost

Until we are willing to lay down our lives we remain tethered.
Until we are willing to surrender our ego we remain captive.
Until we are willing to embrace our gifts we remain tame.

Sometimes you just have to take one step at a time. When you’re feeling Overwhelmed and the Waves of Life Just Keep Coming…

Slow Down
Find a Stroll a Rhythm
One Step at a Time
Take a Pause
Reflect in Prayer
Take a Leap of Faith and Fly

“If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”

I wish I knew when I was younger…

What self abandonment is and what it is not. Different seasons call for showing up with different priorities and each one does not mean abandonment. You can still honor yourself through a strange season while you’re simultaneously letting go of a part of yourself that can longer serve you. In Fact I’d argue today that letting go of certain parts of ourselves is honoring ourself much more than holding on.
Don’t stop testing the “hypothesis of life”- part of the journey is Becoming, Evolving, Discovering that next deeper level. Digging Deeper to Reach that Gold Within!

Through the trials and tribulations of life we get cracks in our pottery, but the only abandonment that comes is if we leave the crack without repair… we always have a choice to Kintsugi that crack and fill it with Gold with the help of the Holy Spirit. We stay connected to the vine of truth so we can be pruned and drop the weight no longer serving us in order to flourish and bear more fruit… just keep showing up! Lean in! You’ve got this! We’ve Got this and even Better Jesus has you, you’re not walking alone! It’s Not Abandonment to Let Go, perhaps you’re just being pressed into a Fine Wine! Or being trimmed to produce more fruit!

“I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit, and he prunes the branches that do bear fruit so they will produce even more. You have already been pruned and purified by the message I have given you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭

When God was Knitting together this Precious Babe Full of Light, what was the Mission Placed on her Heart, the very Essence for Gods Creation, her Purpose? Before she knew the pain of this world, before she knew comparison or judgement, before she experienced a broken heart.

“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭139‬:‭13‬-‭18‬ ‭

Here’s a Sign to Check in with your Inner Child, say Hello, Tell her how much you Love her! Remind her how Strong She Becomes, how Brave, how Kind, how Talented and how Powerful she Always Was and Is. Let her Remind you of the Sweet and Simple Essence of Love God Placed Over You and On You! Give her Peace in Knowing she doesn’t have to be Afraid, you’re Proof she makes it and Has an Incredible Story to Share! You are Proof that her Super Powers are Real, she was Gifted from the Very Beginning💖

Permission to STOP✨
Just STOP. Everyone is Running Around in the World Relentlessly Trying to Do, To Prove, To Keep Up, To Fill in the Blank.
What if the very foundation of your next breakthrough is actually stopping vs doing more. We tend to make it so much more difficult than it needs to be. Sometimes the Very thing we need isn’t more, it is simply stopping something that is unhealthy for us. To Let Go and Let God.
Here’s your sign to throw off anything that hinders you so you can run the race!!!

There is no condemnation in Christ but there are consequences to unhealthy choices… Mentally, Physically, Emotionally.

What if instead of adding something all we really need to do is STOP.
Stop trying to control everything
Stop adding poison to our temple
Stop holding on to that Grudge or Pain
Stop protecting that Ego

What if the secret sauce to joy and breakthrough is getting quiet enough to listen to God’s plans and advice for us instead of endless worldly fixes. Don’t get me wrong. I’m still a HUGE fan of taking personal responsibility, I believe in proactive detox, personal commitment to growth, becoming the best version of ourselves. However, we often hold on to something that we need to let go of and that is often the first step to true healing.
Holding onto our own will vs surrendering it to the Lord and trusting in faith and obedience. Some of us are running this race with a vice that is weighing us down! It’s time to Choose Freedom, confess and ask God to come in and heal our vices!

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.”
