I’m a Houston Realtor who believes buying or selling a home is about so much more than a transaction - it’s about finding the place where life happens, memories are made & new chapters begin.

Outside of real estate, playing with my dog Bella, reading a good book, teaching dance classes, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying everything Houston has to offer. I love sharing those moments here just as much as I love sharing real estate tips.

I’m still processing everything from The Agency Forum 2026 - and honestly, I’m speechless in the best way.

Fort Worth, you were fun!!🤠

Our team at @theagencyhoustonsugarland got to go to Fort Worth this past week for an exclusive conference & the grand opening of @theagencyfortworth!

We learned so much, got to meet agents from our other offices, had a private tour at @bluejackranch, heard the amazing @tylergmount & made memories in the process!

Real estate has a funny way of making even confident people question every move.

Timing, price, market conditions, emotions, outside opinions, and the fear of getting it wrong can all start competing for attention at once.

You just can’t beat the growth of Fort Bend County, especially Richmond!

Sure, Houston has its perks. I’ll give them that.

But then I remember Richmond offers homes that are affordable, more space, better schools, sense of community, neighborhood events, parks and suddenly I remember why I’ve helped so many people call Richmond home.

What’s the one thing about living here you’d never trade for another city?

In honor of college football being back & my favorite movie of all time.

If only it were this easy😂

There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes once you go under contract that not all realtors do. I’m very hands on so I’m constant communication with the lender, title, inspector, other agent, etc.

I’m making sure the appraisal gets ordered on time, I’m making sure all liens are cleared with title, I’m making sure we found out everything on the inspection report, I’m making sure we’re staying on track to close on time & plenty of other things that pop up.

The side of being a Houston realtor that you don’t see 🤫

A closing photo, a successful post, or a home that sells quickly can make the outcome look simple from the outside, but there’s usually a lot more happening behind it.

There are late nights, extra calls, prep that started weeks earlier, conversations that had to happen at exactly the right time, and plenty of small decisions that never make it onto social media but still shape the result.

That’s the part of the job people rarely see, and honestly, it’s a huge part of what makes the wins mean so much.
