We’re beyond excited to share that our original Moromi Shoyu Soy Sauce was selected as a winner of the 2026 Good Food Awards! 🥇

The winning products were selected through a blind tasting of 1,200+ entries, and this year’s winners represent responsibly made, seriously delicious products from across the country.

It’s truly the greatest honor to be recognized alongside such talented makers who also share our passion for good food, outstanding quality ingredients, and sourcing as fresh and as local as possible 🤎

we found a weird looking mushroom today...🍄‍🟫 our chanterelle soy sauce is made with mushrooms from @seacoastmushrooms — a local producer supplying our town with some of the yummiest mushrooms!

our chanterelle soy sauce is barrel fermented at our shop 🛢️ blended in a sea salt brine with organic soybeans, wheat koji, and the deliciously earthy chanterelle flavors, it transforms into a perfect umami combo in a bottle ⭐️

this is just part of our traditional soy sauce process. layers moromi + filter clothes are squished until all the raw soy sauce is squeezed out. then we throw it in our pasteurizer, and we're one step closer to getting it to you! ;) by @moromishoyu
