Thank you for listening to ‘Moment Suspendu’, and for the messages you sent me 🩶

Water takes its time with stones. Over many years, it wears their rough edges smooth. I like to think memory does the same.

I wrote this song in 2022 and kept it close, letting the water do its work.

I have always been drawn to rocky landscapes, and to how slowly time works on them. I feel my memories have changed in much the same way. The sharp edges of grief soften. They make room for curiosity and a sweet kind of longing

May I Come In? - my debut album
out March 12th

I often feel the world asks us to build armour around everything that is soft. And yet I have always felt a pull in the other direction. I want to stay soft to whatever reaches me.

May I Come In? is what grew when I stayed in that tension. The title is a question to you, and also to myself. Do I allow myself to come closer, to truly enter my own inner world, with everything that comes with it?

‘Moment Suspendu’ is the first piece I feel ready to share. It’s out today.

I’d like to thank you for your patience, especially those who’ve been following and supporting me since the beginning. You have no idea how much that means to me.

One song at a time, I’ll let you in a little further. And before long, these songs will find their way to a room near you.

I hope you enjoy it.

With all my love,
M

I’m so happy to finally announce the first upcoming song ‘Moment Suspendu’. Out on October 9

I wrote the song years ago, and it gave me so much strength, I wanted to keep it for a special moment.

Pre-save it to have it in your library on the 9th. You find the link in bio :)
