Excited to share that I was selected to be a Denton ISD Ambassador for this school year!

One of the best parts of my job has been getting to meet so many great people in our community and finding opportunities to get involved in ways I never expected.

Looking forward to learning more about the district and giving back to a community that’s given me so much.

And hey, if you’ve got @dentonisd questions, I might just be your guy!

Last Friday’s last-minute closing is in the books 🤠

So excited for this buyer and her awesome new barndominium. Doesn’t get much more Cowboy Capital than this. Let’s go, Stephenville!

Huge shoutout to the one and only Brittany Jones for getting this one across the finish line with us! 🐎

You guys ever been to Monster Jam? 😂 Cade can officially check this one off the bucket list.

Wild night. Loud trucks. The dude loved every second of it. And getting to spend some quality time with @piermike made it even better. Truly the ultimate guys’ night 🤘

This one was extra special! 🏡

Our dear friend Elena with the City of Lewisville sent this sweet buyer our way back in February of 2025. Fast forward to yesterday and she’s officially a HOMEOWNER!

Justus and I have gotten to be there from the very beginning, and that’s the kind of stuff that makes this job so dang cool.

Couldn’t be happier for her. Hope you love the new place and make a ton of great memories there! 🔑

Yesterday was awesome! Got to be the first Watch D.O.G. of the year at Reese’s elementary school.

After 2 P.E.s, 3 recesses and about 600 high fives, I have to say… I’ll be back 😂

Really thankful I get to do what I do and still make time for days like this with my girl.

Shoutout to the dads out there. See if your kid’s school has a program like this. You won’t regret it!

Buying a home isn’t that scary. 👻 The library we’re hosting it in? That’s another story. 🏚️

Join us TOMORROW (Thursday, Oct 1) at 6 PM at the Emily Fowler Central Library for a FREE homebuyer class presented by the City of Denton. No tricks, no jump scares, just straight answers about buying a home.

Bring your questions (and maybe a friend, in case the rumors are true). 🦇

Does your daughter ask for a wings and rock climbing date night?

Mine does. 🤘

Wings. Rock climbing. Topped it all off with a couple rooty beers. 🍗🧗‍♀️🍻

Yeah… my daughter is cooler than yours.

Another one in the books with my leading lady, Jess Pierson. 🤝🏡

These buyers came through one of our first-time homebuyer classes with @cityofdenton and now they’re officially HOMEOWNERS. 🔑

This is why Jess and I love what we do. Educate people, help them build a plan, and then get to watch it all come together at the closing table.

Pretty cool getting to play a small part in a big chapter of someone’s story.

Congrats to our buyers! 🍾

Managed to cram a long weekend in NYC into 12 photos. The raunchier moments didn’t make the cut. 🗽🍸

Chinatown. Little Italy. Street-side glizzies. Oysters on boats. Chicago on Broadway. Statue of Liberty up top, subway rats down below.

We ate too much, walked too much, drank too much. Safe to say we did New York right. 🤝🍎

Busy week over here! Closing 1 of 3 is officially in the books. 🏡🔑

This sweet young couple found their dream home tucked away on a quiet patch of land, and man, this place is cool. From the pictures alone, it looks like the perfect spot to put down some roots and build a little homestead.

Glad Brittany and I could help get these two to the closing table. Hope they love the house as much as I loved looking at the pictures of it!

Onto the next one. 👊

When my wife and I bought our starter home, we knew it wasn’t going to be forever. 🏡

Our family grew, we needed more space, and we moved. But we kept the house.

We turned it into a rental, and now our tenants help cover the mortgage while we keep building equity. 🔑

Down the road, that house could help with retirement, our kids’ college, or just give us a nice little nest egg to work with. Not bad for a starter home.

I’ve helped clients do the same thing, and I’ve done it myself.

So before you stick a FOR SALE sign in the yard, let’s run the numbers. Your starter home might be worth keeping around. 📈
