Spend a day with one of our founding members, Rob DiGiore ⚡️

He is the Owner and Head Mortgage Broker at Bolt Lending Group. The Buffalo native moved to Florida to attend the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he played collegiate lacrosse. After graduating, he moved to Tampa, where he began his career in residential mortgage financing. Over the past 18 years of helping clients secure financing for buying or refinancing their home, Rob has gained a wealth of knowledge in how to navigate challenging financial and contractual scenarios to get the job done. He is well connected in the Tampa Community, and has a great network of service providers who can help through every aspect of the home buying, and ownership process.

When he’s not at Hyde House, @mortgage_rob enjoys expanding his network by attending networking events like BNI, Toastmasters, and Real Estate Investing Group meetups.

@lumbretampa 📍We don’t usually gravitate toward Spanish/tapas restaurants, but this one may have changed our minds. The chef behind Rocca absolutely nailed it, and we’ll definitely be back.

Our favorites:

• 🐟 Anchovies – way outside our comfort zone, but surprisingly delicious.
• 🍞 Fresh bread – dangerously good.
• 🍹 Cocktails – @lisa.digiore says the Tomato Water cocktail and the Melon, Ham & Mezcal cocktail might be the two best she’s had in Tampa.
• 🐙 Octopus – cooked perfectly with incredible flavor.
• 🥩 Short Rib – an absolute must-order.
