Big dreams need a place to begin — and this is the first step.
cornerstone.equities and @mosaic.developers are proud to announce the approval of a new ±100,000 square-foot sports complex in Little Ferry, including 99 parking spaces and what we believe will be New Jersey’s largest dedicated private rooftop soccer field. (Fact check me please)

We are deeply grateful to the town of @littleferryborough for its support throughout this journey and for believing in this vision, and to the dedicated professionals who helped lead the way and worked tirelessly to bring this project to this important milestone.

To be built for Little Ferry and reaching far beyond its borders, the complex will be a regional destination where kids and families can play, train, compete, celebrate, and connect.

🌆 Elevated 120’ × 180’ rooftop turf field
⚽ Indoor futsal facility
🎮 State-of-the-art soccer simulator training rooms
🎂 Event & birthday spaces
👟 Programs for every age and skill level

This is more than a building. It’s an investment in our kids, our families, and the future of our communities.

WE’RE NOT JUST BUILDING A SPORTS COMPLEX.
WE’RE BUILDING A PLACE FOR KIDS TO DREAM BIGGER, FAMILIES TO COME TOGETHER,
AND COMMUNITIES TO GROW STRONGER.

Approval is just the beginning. Stay tuned for groundbreaking. 🚧 #soccerislife⚽️ #kidsareeverything by @mosaic.developers

One year later.

What started as an unfinished 33-unit project became one of the most rewarding developments our team has completed.

When we took over this building, we thought the finish line was much closer than it actually was. Construction challenges, approvals, inspections, leasing, and countless unforeseen issues tested us every step of the way.

Today, the building is fully leased and operating successfully.

Development is never as easy as it looks from the outside, but seeing a vision become reality makes every challenge worth it.

Proud of what we accomplished and grateful for everyone who helped bring this project across the finish line.

Special thanks to @ali.hamoudeh and @hadlastic for being part of the journey.

On to the next one.

Modern design is all about contrast and balance.
We combined vertical wood slats, clean stucco, and large glass openings to create a warm, contemporary facade that feels both elegant and inviting, balanced but not traditional. Hopefully we succeeded. #cliffsideparknj #newconstructionnj #njtownhomeliving #localbuilder #builtbymosaic @cornerstone.equities @43hundreddesign by @mosaic.developers
