SMOKING ON MY LONELY

That’s not love in the air…it’s kush. We made this song with only 9 words and decided to let the music do the talking. It came about during the pandemic, a time when a lot of us had no choice but to be lonely. It’s a song about self love; I mean what’s more romantic than rolling one up just for you?

This music video is something of a love letter to LA. Being from Philly, LA has represented where I thought I needed to go to make it. It’s a place a lot of talented people from where I’m from end up going. We shot this over the course of 3 days with some good friends of ours and did everything from catch a 4am sunrise on a freezing hill with a camera strapped to my back to walking the streets of LA, to driving a real low rider with hydraulics. It’s not where you are as much as what you’re doing that determines your success; but going out to LA to shoot this was an experience I’ll never forget. Reminder: You can feel fly wherever you go, it’s something you bring with you. “Felt so Fly” full video in my bio!!👐

Big thank you to everyone that has supported and contributed to this amazing album and chapter in my life. It’s been 1 year since Shameless Nocturnal hit the streets. It came with so many lessons, frustrations, achievements and hopes that I’m forever grateful for where this music led us. @its_nothingspecial_ok and I spent years cooking this to perfection in a Philadelphia basement to represent all the creatives with double lives out there. All the people who do what they have to do in the day so they can chase dreams all night. Here’s to y’all. We started this album in 2019 with no clue where it would end up taking us. It’s been a long night but it’s all been worth it to make it to this day break.
