Just a ratty Model A sitting on another ratty Model A. Here's a rat rod Hot Wheels Model A rat I built. It has a chopped roof, fully scratch built chassis with a 3d printed flathead from @hotwheelsworks

I meant to get more photos, but my camera died, so more photos coming in the future.

Got started on the Ford Courier last night. I found some tires in my parts stash that are the perfect size. They came from the Revell Porsche 914 I built last year, so I also used the fuchs for mockup. The front suspension was started by cutting off and relocating the upper spring mounts and repositioning the lower control arms. For the rear, I notched the frame and then scratch built the four link arms and added a cross member with a drive shaft loop. Still more work to do on the suspension such as adding the air bags, but its a start.

New design dropped on my Cults 3d page! I recently saw a Uhaul Mini Mover for sale and thought it was the coolest little thing and was inspired to make my own. I designed this body to be a direct fit for the 1/25th scale AMT Ford Courier kit. It has options to be displayed with the doors open or closed. Took me about a month to get this design ready to be published, and its now available at the link in my bio! Now that all the design work is done, time to get going with my own build...

Here is a 1/25th scale AMT Sunbeam Tiger I built for this year's 48 hour group build on Facebook a few weeks ago. Last year, I built my slammed Porsche 914 that's become a favorite of mine, so I decided to continue the tradition but lowering and rusting up another "European" roadster. I had very limited time this year due to my schedule so I went fairly simple on this build, it might be the closest to a box stock build ive done so far. I lowered the suspension, painted it up and designed and printed the Sunbeam Alpine steel wheels and that's really it. I really like this little kit and kind of want to track down another so I can give it a proper go. Also, shout out to the legend himself @1to1scalepablo for selling me this kit at the Left Cosst Scale Classic earlier this year!

Here is an AMT 1936 Ford five window ww2 gas ration era pickup conversion that I built for a 1920s-40s build. I wanted this to depict a ww2 era gas ration pickup that someone found and decided to hot rod. I started by trimming the trunk opening and sliding in an AMT Model T pickup bed (during the war, pickups got more rations than cars so some people converted their cars into trucks). I replaced the bed floor with real wood strips to avoid having to clean up the gnarly ejector marks. Next up was lowering the suspension a bit to give it a more custom look. I then modified the wide five wheels I designed to work on the AMT white wall tires to complete the stance. Next up was swapping a flathead from a Revell 48 ford in then adding my Thickstun intake and marine covers. Other 3d parts I designed include some replacement horn covers (since I lost the kit ones) a 1936 plate, and of course, a Moss Rods club plaque. Other body mods I made include cutting and hinging the kit hood and cutting out the roof panel and adding real wood slats then covering the whole thing in some patina. Im glad I finally got to use my marine covers on a build. I love these on full size cars but have been waiting for the right model to throw them on.

This was my entry for the Lift Off v2 buildoff hosted by @katsu_sauce_kustoms. Last year i built the Hawaiian style Custom Cab toyota and I liked how that came out so this year I decided to do another Toyota. This time the newish Hot Wheels 4runner, on which I lifted the suspension and threw on a set of stretched boggers from 2nd Chance Modeling. I then scratch built the roof rack and gave it a three decades of sea air worthy paint job. Overall a fairly quick build, but something to get the 1/64 juices flowing again.

Another project that im currently working on is this AMT Dick Tracy 1936 Ford five window. Im building this as a war time gas ration conversion pickup. During ww2, some people converted their cars to pickups for qualify for additional gas ration stamps and that's the idea behind this one. However this will also get hot rodded thanks to a Revell 48 Ford flathead v8 with some of my hop up parts. I also lowered the suspension and modified my wide five wheels to work on this. Im still not sure if i want to use the Rocky Mountaim brakes on it or not...

Jeez... was anyone going to tell me its been nearly two months since I last posted? Where did that time go? Anyways... here's something to fill your feed: im working on this bagged AMT 1972 GMC stepside pickup I picked up at the NNL North show last month. I had been wanting one of these kits for a while and couldn't wait to get into it. I started by assembling the bed and modifying the floor so I could raise it up to clear the chassis notch and add space for the air swtup. I also added some more detail to the tailgate as it didn't look super realistic. The most recent thing ive done is cut out a apare tire dent in the fender. Hoping to have this guy done by the end of the month as im building it for a buildoff.

Here is a Revell 1950 Oldsmobile I built for a buildoff hosted by @deadsledbrand a bit ago. They are a hearse owner/goth clothing brand so I decided to make an old Coroner's car to fit their slightly macabe branding. I used a Jimmy Flintstone Sedan Delivery resin body which I transplanted the kit fenders onto since the SD body had radiused fenders with a trim delete. I also tried a new technique on this build where I attempted to replicate old/chipping lettering ive seen on some real trucks by weathering over letters cut out of masking tape. I want to play around with this a bit more to see if i can get a more realistic look. Hardest part of this build was fighting warping. I left it outside in 80°f weather while painting and the body started to flatten on me. I was able to somewhat fix this by putting the body in my dehydrator for a little, then putting the body over the interior and chassis then wrapping the whole thing in painters tape and throw it in the fridge. Going to have to keep this one in a climate controlled area lol

So I may have started another build...
A few months ago, I saw a really cool and unique CJ3 that I knew I had to try and replicate. I started with the 1/25 MPC Willys, not the best kit but its what i had. One of the unique features of this particular jeep is that the body was stretched behind the rear wheel. As far as my research shows, this is the only CJ3 to be done like this. I used a donor body to add the extra length and filled the wheel well in with styrene. Other modifications to get to this point include: a cut out windshield, a three inch lift, filled in tool indents, and the roof. Still lots to do and a few things im confused on (it has a custom hood and I dont know what the rear looks like) so I may need to make another hour and a half drive back to thia thing for the sake of research. Not sure when ill have time for that though...

Finally got back to working on the Model A pickup after getting distracted with a few group builds. Just for fun, I thought id put together the roadster pickup body and throw it on the chassis. I glued the doors on, cut out the floor, and chopped the windshield to see what it woukd look like. I want to build a roadster pickup at some point, but sticking with the closed cab on this guy.

Out of curiosity, what do you guys prefer, vote below!

Here are the final photos for my 2026 USACC build off entry: my Revell 1969 Camaro Lowrider. For those unaware, USACC stands for the Unified Scale Auto Content Creators and is a group of model builders who also make youtube videos. Each year they host a group build where one of the members chooses a kit and everyone who wants to participate, must use that kit. This year the chosen kit was the Revell 1969 Camaro, and as someone who isnt the biggest 1st gen Camaro fan (2nd gen is my Camaro of choice) I shrugged this build off until a few months later, an idea popped into my head. Thanks to the fact that at the time, I recently discovered the @46to64 Instagram page (which was a big inspiration for this build), the idea of building a period lowrider pushed me to enter. For this build, I wanted to give the car a simple mid 70s vibe. Not a fancy show car, just something you would have seen cruising LA in the 70s. The body got a badge delete, a standard hood from the AMT 68 Camaro to replace the cowl hood in the kit, and some gold pearl paint to give it that custom look while also paying homage to factory Olympic Gold paint. Suspension was just a simple cut and drop to get the car sitting low on some Lowrider Scale Parts Supremes, those and his shark fin exhaust tips I think really help sell the 70s look. The interior remained stock with some wood trim to clean it up a little. Finally, under the hood I wanted to do something a bit different, I used a Scale Auto Model Works Chevy 250 straight 6 to give the car a base trim vibe. I did design up a triple carb setup to dress it up a little. The final touch was to add a set of custom plates, dubbing this car Midas.
