Cape Town! @lovepeytoncallahan and I brought 10 women to our favorite place, @londolozi in South Africa. We made a quick stop in Cape Town beforehand to enjoy the beautiful @ellermanhousehotel , hike, bond and see the penguins! Can’t wait to go back and spend more time! by @mostaloch

The Return: A Safari to Self

In 2021, I joined my friends @lovepeytoncallahan and @lyndsaycochran on a trip to @londolozi in South Africa. What began as a spontaneous adventure (very unlike me at the time) became a pivotal moment in my life.

The experience was so meaningful that I returned the following year with my family. I wanted them to experience the same beauty, perspective, and wonder that had been so instrumental in my own personal growth.

This fall, Peyton and I have the privilege of returning once again—this time with a group of ten women.

Our intention isn’t simply to take an incredible trip. It’s to create space to breathe, to laugh, to rest, and perhaps return to a part of yourself that has been buried beneath the noise of everyday life.

That’s why we call it The Return.

A return to self.

There is something truly special about Londolozi. It’s difficult to put into words. The land teaches you. The people care for you. The animals have a way of speaking to something deep within you. It’s simply magical.

If you’ve been feeling the desire for a pattern interrupt—or you’ve been waiting for permission to say yes to something different—consider this your invitation.

We have one space remaining, and we would love to share this extraordinary experience with you.

It was an epic Cousinpalooza in Telluride over New Years. No snow in the beginning and the mountain was closed because of ski patrol strike. (Pay them a reasonable wage!) But that didn’t stop us! LOTS of card games, cross country skiing (I’m hooked), snowy hikes to frozen waterfalls, serious snow ball fights, shopping and embracing our inner child with a round of sledding. This crew doesn’t know how to NOT have fun! We were missing a few but they were there in spirit! Here’s to more fun in 2026! by @mostaloch

My sister @amogarden and I had the honor of representing the Olson family at the YMCA annual Gratitude luncheon at Q2 stadium today. We presented the Gerald T. Olson Distinguished service award to the incredibly deserving Kara Rouleaux. It was especially meaningful to celebrate our dad’s legacy with YMCA of Austin this week, which marks the 23rd year of his passing. Congratulation Kara for your exceptional service! by @mostaloch

It is with a heavy heart we share the loss of our beloved mom, Jean Olson. She passed on Tuesday, the 25th with her four daughters and eldest grandchild surrounding her with love. Mom was cherished for her strength, grace, generosity, humor and more. May we all live with a heart as open and a smile so kind.

Visitation and Rosary services on March 9th 6:00 PM at Weed-Corley-Fish funeral home. 5416 Parkcrest Drive Austin, TX

Funeral Mass, March 10th at 10:00 AM, St Theresa’s Church, 4311 Small Drive, followed by lunch in the family Life Center. by @mostaloch
