new thai restaurant in midtown! โ€”> follow me @mostly_eats for more nyc recs โœจ ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ thai pavillion, midtown nyc @thaipavilion_nyc thai pavilion is a new restaurant by the team behind sala thai! they have a more contemporary take on thai cooking using authentic ingredients. most of their menu had unique dishes that i donโ€™t often see offered at other thai restaurants! all the food was so tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹. they even have lunch specials during the day so check them out! ๐ŸŒŸ tom khlong pla grilled sea bass with a thai broth made from dried fish, tamarind, and lime juice! the sea bass was flaky and the dish felt very refined and balanced ๐ŸŒŸ kra praw neua picanha steak with chili, garlic, pichanha, and egg yolk! the meat was so tender and paired well with the garlic rice ๐ŸŒŸ kuay tiew kluk my favorite dish we ordered! made with rice noodles sauted with crispy pork belly and veggies. the seasoning had a savory and spicy taste, so good! ๐ŸŒŸ cilantro salad very refreshing! veggies were crispy and a good palate cleanser from the spiciness of the other dishes :) ๐ŸŒŸ shrimp coconut panipuri my first time trying panipuri! it had a bright flavor that i enjoyed with the chili sauce ๐ŸŒŸ curry puff i love curry puffs! this one was stuffed and dense!! ๐ŸŒŸ mango sticky rice mango was so ripe and sweet! love that the coconut glaze wasnt too sweet <3 ๐Ÿ’Œ ty for the invite! #nycfoodie #asianfood #nycthaifood #midtownnyc new thai restaurant hidden gem taken in New York, New York by @mostly_eats
