Testing out some new ammo for the @smithandwessoninc 632 UC — @doubletap_ammunition SnakeShot 40gr hardcast solid with 100 pieces of #9 shot — it was SOFT and left some weird holes in my target… almost like it was “dragging” or keyholing… but that doesn’t make much sense either… so I’m not sure…

What I am sure about is how effective it would be against snakes… or any other critter I could run into.
•
FYI: I’m not upset or disappointed in this ammo in any way whatsoever. It was just a weird observation made while at the range. Has anybody else experienced this before? Or does anybody have a better idea as to what was going on? I’m all ears.
