Individual recaps coming later (including my own) but just had to take the time to express how incredibly proud I am of Team CRAFTSMANSHIP. Had ten lifters compete at @avancushouston X @avancushoustonopen and they all did so well! Everyone has different circumstances that arise, and trials to overcome. That is simply part of the human experience, but I give glory to God for blessing me to work with individuals who give it their all no matter what! They struggle, they adapt, and they thrive!

I’m also so grateful for the support system I have around me. I am able to be the best version of myself for my clients because of my family, my coach, and my friends! You cannot pour from an empty cup, and they always make sure to fill mine back up.

This entire weekend was such an incredible experience as both a coach and lifter. I’m excited to see what @arshiastath @moe.kilos @avancusofficial cook up for next year. Also, thank you to every individual who came up to introduce yourself. It is always so humbling to hear how my content on YouTube, @powerliftingnow and @strength.now is having a positive impact.

Thank you to my clients @therealswolesister @peterrpires @lilpumpskie @abiyababu @patthiccy @lele.liftin for your assistance with handling!

AS ALWAYS GLORY TO MY GOD, SAVIOR, AND KING JESUS CHRIST! He is good ALL the time.
