Like @enngee_ said, our toxic trait is just waking up and believing we can do a 10k with no practice 😅

The 10k was actually relatively easy. Want to know what wasn’t? Trying to get a damn medal! Spent over 2 hours post the run and it was all for nothing. So so annoying!

Anyhoo, we did it Joe! 🎉
“Run” time: 1 hour 39 mins. Not too shabby for my first 10k.

Saturday from my camera roll.

When I tell you this shit is WAY harder than it looks!

Tried wall climbing for the first time yesterday and somehow made it to the top on my first try, even though I almost gave up at least three times and forgot how directions worked more than once. I’m so proud of me! Will I be doing this again? Heck, yes!

Better late than never, no? 🙊
 Turned a year older last week and honestly had such a love-filled day. It’s funny because I know I’m loved, but I think I forget sometimes or don’t always let myself feel it. This birthday was one of those rare days where I truly did. Like, really felt it.

I’m not the best at keeping in touch (at all 🫠), yet people I didn’t even expect showed up and made me feel so seen. I know birthdays can easily feel like a usual “everyone gets love today” thing, but this one hit different. Maybe because I spent most of it with myself, actually slowing down and taking it all in instead of rushing through the day like I usually would.

Thank you all so so much for the prayers, messages, kind words, gifts and love. Every bit of it meant a lot, and I really did feel it this year 🫶🏽 taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @mosuno
