Motherhood didn’t take away the ambition… but it can completely change what success looks like. 🤍

Before children, success might be the booking, the promotion, the next opportunity.

Then motherhood comes along and suddenly success gets bigger. It becomes about fulfilment, family, creativity — while still wanting the career you worked so hard for.

Because that part of you doesn’t just disappear.

Loved this conversation with Phoebe Sparrow and Allegra Marland of @mother_act about motherhood, acting, ambition and finding your own version of success.
