I had the privilege of photographing and meeting the amazing singer-songwriters who performed at the Grateful Christian Concert in Vista, California

Getting to capture these talented artists and hear their stories, their music, and their hearts for Christ was truly a treasure. ✨

There’s something special about being surrounded by talented believers who use their gifts to inspire, encourage, and glorify God.

About a year ago I found myself stuck in hole. I prayed and God told me to start putting my music on social media. Never in a million years did I expect to be where I am with it today. Not only do I practice every day by myself and with my husband, but I am taking vocal lessons for the first time ever. It has truly been a life changing experience. I got to share my birthday yesterday with Father’s Day. My two best friends are my husband and my Dad. Not too bad of a day! And I will say that this decade of the 40s is far better than I ever imagined. It’s full of depth, love, transformation, and awareness. I hope every decade just keeps getting better! God bless all the fathers who are working on themselves to be better for their wives and children! by @mothermandolin

Our family spent the last 9 months in an outreach program for our church. This meant looking for opportunities to speak to people about God and Jesus Christ and His love. But the biggest thing that we saw were signs, miracles and wonders. Acts 2:22 and John 14:12 say it all. Time and time again I personally saw instantaneous healings and answers to prayers. More than I ever have before. I am so thankful for my amazing husband and 4 children. Not only was it Mom and Dad doing the learning, growing, and reaching out, but it was most definitely our children too! May they always remember that God is real and His Word is Truth, and nothing can talk them out of it! by @mothermandolin

I know there is so much darkness in the world right now and there are many things to complain about. But lately, I have been finding so many things to be thankful for. I have never been more excited to build a large garden, start another chicken flock, teach my children about God’s goodness, and eat cleaner and richer than we ever have and not to mention see financial prosperity and great health. It’s the things we do everyday that build up into the vision and goals that we have. It takes a lot of discipline and focus. And sometimes it takes a while, but that’s okay. I am so thankful for today. by @mothermandolin
