To be able to hold. To witness. To give. To receive. To laugh so loud my whole body shakes.

To be witnessed. To open my voice and let sounds out of me I’ve never allowed before. To dance until I feel life pulsing through every cell. To breathe deeper. To surrender more. To feel more. To love more. To love myself in ways I never have before.

To sit in Egypt and feel so fucking alive. To sing, to open, to let life move through me without holding back.

One moment. And yet, it felt like a whole lifetime.

I came back remembering. Remembering the wildness. The softness. The pleasure. The woman in me who wants to feel it ALL.

Remembering that we are everything and nothing. That we are here to play, to explore, to taste life with all our senses. To let ourselves be touched by it. To receive more. To enjoy more. To be more fully, unapologetically ALIVE.

And I want to share all of it with you. The remembering. The opening. The pleasure of coming home to your body.

I’m here to serve. I’m here to create spaces where we can feel, open, remember and come alive.

If you feel the call, DM me. Let’s explore what wants to open in you. 🤎✨

V květnu se vracím na Bali. A chci tě vzít s sebou! 💋

A k tomu intuitivní pohyb a práce (v tom nejkrásnějším slova smyslu) s tělem: Inner Flow, Rebirthing breathwork, ženské kruhy, smyslnost, potěšení a naše proudící tvořivá energie 🐍

Nechci, abys Bali jen viděla. Chci, abys ho opravdu cítila všemi smysly.
A během těchto dní cítila trochu jinak i sebe samu.

BALI: SACRED FEMININE

A journey where we remember.
A journey where we come home to those places within us that need us the most — sometimes hidden for decades, sometimes for lifetimes.

A journey of recognising the souls we meet.
Opening to receive.
Letting go of fear.
Allowing ourselves to be seen.

What a journey.
What a family.
What an honour.

To witness this co-creation of souls — with cracked-open hearts and such a big mission.

It’s not easy to put it all into words yet.
So much is still settling into my body.

But for now, just deep gratitude.

To every single one of you. 🤍
And to myself too.

Because you allowed me to be witnessed by you, and you gave me the opportunity to witness you.

We created a safe space.
A container where everything was welcomed.
Where we could arrive without masks.
Without needing to be anything other than exactly who we were.

I love creating spaces like this.

Spaces where each one of us becomes a mirror for the little seeds within — the ones that have been waiting to be seen, felt, nurtured, grown and released.

And perhaps this is what remembering really is…

Coming home to the parts of ourselves that were always there, waiting for us.

Aho. 🤍

I love you all. by @motheryourselfnow

Žena milovana

SPOMEN SI

Pozyvam ta do bezpečného priestoru, kde ta počas 9-tich týždňov budem sprevádzať a podporovať na ceste rozpomenutia .

Základom tejto cesty si ty a tvoje telo.
Telo si vsetko pamätá aj ked myseľ uz dávno zabudla.

Pôjdeme cez telo a budeme objavovat nové nervové dráhy teba, budeme pracovať so všetkými darmi ktoré v sebe dávno mame .

Bude to ženské,šťavnaté, divoké, jemne pravdive.

“What if you don’t miss a thing when you finally stop"

Woman, give yourself time. 🤍

Give it to yourself consciously. Decide that this time belongs to you. It is like a beautiful prayer, a quiet devotion to being with yourself — with your breath, with your body, with everything that is alive within you in this moment.

In this space, you can discover what you truly need... and also what you no longer need.

So often, beneath the version of you that is constantly rushing, chasing, and trying to keep up with everything, there is silence.

And within that silence, there is YOU.
The real you.

So allow yourself. Simply allow yourself.

Because you are not missing out on anything.
Never. 🤍

#stilness

Žena, dopraj si čas pre seba. 🤍

Dopraj si ho vedome. Rozhodni sa, že tento čas patrí tebe. Je to ako krásna modlitba, tiché odhodlanie byť sama so sebou — so svojím dychom, so svojím telom, so všetkým, čo v tebe práve je.

Iba si to dovoľ.

Pretože nič nezmeškáš.
Nikdy. 🤍 by @motheryourselfnow

Twenty years ago, I was living in a body I no longer recognized.

Anxiety. Panic attacks. Fear that would appear out of nowhere. I was afraid of myself. I was afraid of my own thoughts. No one could explain what was happening to me, so for years I believed that something was wrong with me.

Today, I know that I wasn't broken.

My nervous system was in survival mode.

Our bodies don't only carry our experiences. They carry all the tears we never allowed ourselves to cry, all the words we never dared to speak, and all the moments when we felt we had to pretend to be strong.

And women become masters of this.

Smiling while screaming inside.

Giving to everyone around them while remaining empty themselves.

For years, I searched for one big solution, one quantum leap that would change everything. But this is not how the nervous system works.

Healing began the moment I stopped running away from my vulnerability.

When I started sitting with myself every day.

When I began listening to my body.

When I understood that safety is not created in a single weekend, but built through thousands of small moments.

The nervous system doesn't need more pressure.

It needs your attention.

It needs your breath.

It needs gentleness.

It needs consistency.

And above all, it needs you to stop fighting against yourself.

What you truly long for is not to become someone else.

It is to return to the woman you have always been.

The deeper I am invited to go, the more resistance I often feel.

"I don't want to see it." "I don't want to feel it." "I don't want to choose it."

Why?

Because the old version of me knows how to survive there.

But the woman I am becoming knows that my freedom lives on the other side.

So I choose to go deeper. Again and again.

Sometimes it looks like tears. Sometimes shaking. Sometimes breath. Sometimes sounds my body has held back for years.

Every layer I release brings me closer to myself.

My womb. My cervix. My body.

SLOVAK VERSION

They are becoming places of safety, trust, and truth.

This is what healing looks like for me. Not becoming someone new... But remembering who I have always been.

Čím hlbšie som pozývaná ísť, tým väčší odpor často cítim.

"Nechcem to vidieť."
"Nechcem to cítiť."
"Nechcem si to vybrať."

Behind every numb place there is a goddess.

15 years ago, I went through lymphatic cancer.

I couldn't see the light.
I felt lost.

Safety felt very far away from me
.
Today, when I look back, I understand it differently.

Some parts of me didn't disappear. They weren't lost.

They simply went numb in order to protect me.

At certain moments in life, our body creates its own wisdom.
It creates protection.
It locks away places that felt too painful, too much, or too soon.

And then one day we realize that beneath the layers of resistance, pain, grief, and neglect, something is still alive.

Many women I work with tell me:
“My yoni and my womb feel numb. I can't feel anything.”

And I hear wisdom in that.
I hear protection.
I hear parts of a woman waiting for a safe space so they can gently open again.

Maybe this is why I feel such a deep calling toward the journey of coming home — through the body, through the wisdom of the womb and the cervix.

And right now I’m opening 2 spaces for deep one-to-one work with me for women who feel called to gently look beyond their own layers of numbness.

❤️❤

A ja v tom počujem múdrosť tela.

This is what my morning looks like ✨

During the bleeding phase of my cycle, I enter a season of stillness. And during the solstice, I feel it even more deeply. I glow with joy, dance, and savor every drop of this phase.

I love this pause. This slowing down.
Zero point field. Emptiness. Stillness.

Because in silence, I hear the most. And in stillness, something new is always being born 🤍

And yet I remember a time when the bleeding phase of my cycle felt completely unacceptable to me. I felt ashamed of it. I didn’t understand it. No one ever explained to me what it truly means for a woman.

No one told me I don’t always have to be productive. Always “fine.” Always the same.

Only when I started working with my body, my womb, and the wisdom and rhythm of the womb, something deeper began to reveal itself.

That this is not weakness.
This is not chaos.
This is not something to hide.

There is something magical in it.

I allow myself to love life more.
I allow myself to love myself more.
I allow myself to be fully alive.

And now, the bleeding phase of my cycle has become one of the most beautiful times for me.

I receive it.
I enjoy it.
I listen to it.
I allow it.

Ahhhhh… ✨

And if you feel your body, your feminine essence, and your inner voice calling for a deeper connection, I’ve opened one space for a long-term journey together.
