I wanted this cosplay to be fun, a little bit 80s, a little bit piratey and very very Gender. So naturally my main inspo was the New Romantics, and especially Adam and the Ants! Maybe I should get shoulder pads 🤔

I’m still so pleased with how this turned out. I made the skirt, shirt and styled the wig myself :)

[Image ID: Two photos of Chip dressed as Pirate!Owen from the Pirates SMP wearing a dark green shirt and a long skirt, leaning against a stone wall on a rocky beach. In the second photo, the waters have come up high and are around Chip’s knees, shoes and all. They’re pulling a surprised face and have hitched their skirt up.]

Welp, it’s been two years since I last posted, which is much longer than I had planned. I’m doing well, but I needed a proper break from socials. But on the plus side, I now have a backlog of lovely pics! These were photographed by the lovely @schrabdab a year ago. You should definitely check out their art, especially if you’re a sci-fi person! by @mothjon

Whilst I get my mcm pics sorted I figured I should share some of the very cool Dankovsky pics I got earlier in the year 👀

[Image ID: Chip as Dankovsky from Pathologic. A photography of a figure dressed in a dark leather coat with short brown hair looking up through an abandoned church’s window frame. Through the window are many plants in trees, and looming above them in the distance is the Polyhedron, a floating impossible structure that looks vaguely like a wasps nest with paths jutting from it at strange angles. /End ID] by @mothjon
