🎶With the power of love, shall we try to fly?🎶

Got my Marine Kotori photos from Anime Iowa back!! Once again, Mix Media Mae took some amazing shots <3

I feel like despite the mishaps, this cosplay came together nicely :3
I never got a sailor hat in time (my friend thought he had one I could use so I never bothered to get my own, but it ended up being misplaced), and the bow I made turned out to be WAY bigger than I remembered it being). I also couldn't find my strapless bra while I was packing for the con, so I was freeballing a lot of the time (which wouldn't be a problem except for one of the straps of this dress wanting to pop out of its loop).
At least I know what to fix when I bring this cosplay out again next summer :3

I have a page in my notes app of every cosplay I have, and I swear after all the cons I've been to this year, over half of them have "FIX ______" next to the name lmaoo

🎶Walls can be demolished
Can be toppled
Summon more courage from within yourself
They can be demolished
They can be toppled
Bravely, show us our future!🎶

I seriously cannot thank @freelancer_cosplay_photography enough for these photos! They look so good!!!!!!

As soon as I saw this one in the gallery, I knew I wanted this one to be posted first :3

(Sorry for the short caption. Celebrating me and the bf's anniversary, going to a small local con, and having anime club today!)

🎶My life's low on battery, but for now let's party!🎶

Well, I had one hell of a 26th birthday...

The tornado touched down a few miles away from our apartment, so luckily we/our home weren't hurt. However, every car in the parking lot got damaged. The hail was the size of softballs.
Bf has full-coverage insurance on the car, so it should be fine. However, every car rental company in the city has run out of cars. We'll be relying on Ubers/Lyfts for a while...

ANYWAY, my Kikuri photos from AMKE were ready last night! They're so good!! I always love working with @mixmedia_mae whenever I can!

🎶Rest in peace, my sweet...🎶

(Don't mind the body horror on the last picture. I was trying to figure out how to do those yandere heart pupils, but it...does not look good. But yanderes are creepy anyway so I figured it reflects what's going on inside lol)

Millsage's band story really said "Let's see how much we can make a 14 year old suffer and give it a symphonic prog rock soundtrack" Poor Hotaru hasnt even graduated middle school yet and she already has white hair.

Anyway, I like Houka rn because there is something clearly very wrong with her and the story hasn't even unpacked that yet. Hopefully there's an event story for that soon. I've been slowly working through Nagi's current event story rn but I'm pacing it out so it doesn't hurt as badly lol

Fun Fact: I actually tried learning drums years ago, but it's hard. With all my other instruments, I only have to pay attention to my hands. Having to pay attention to what both my hands AND feet are doing with drums is too much for me to handle. BUT, seeing what drums can do for myself has made me able to compose drum parts that are possible to play! :3 by @mothmansmilkman

🎶Each of our wishes remain ungranted
No matter how much I pray🎶

Been forgetting to post for these last few days. Been playing Our Notes for the last few days.

Fun Fact: I used to be OBSESSED with the original Bandori back in 2018-2020. I played the original as soon as it launched on global, but eventually uninstalled when it became harder to play for free (it reached a point where a 10 pull was 3000 gems and I only got 50 gems per day. I hadn't pulled a good card in months). Then shortly after I uninstalled, they added Mofonica and RAS and then it felt like way too much to even bother trying to get back into.

So, it's been fun to get back into it through Our Notes. First event dropped today, so I'm gonna do my best at that.

...and maybe one of these days I'll cosplay a Bandori girl, even tho I dont know who I can pull off.... (i have the miccostumes Sakiko cosplay in my Throne page tho)

🎶Now let the rainbow and flowers bloom
I'll run as fast and be as strong as I can🎶

Finally taking some pictures with the new prop I got :3

Would've taken these pictures earlier, but I was sick all weekend :(

Gonna bring this cosplay to Anime Magic Inkd (my last big weekend con of the year), and hopefully get some pictures with it! (If any photographers are going)

Also that last photo at the very end is one I accidentally took, but it made me laugh and I like how my eyes look in it, so I'm keeping it lmao by @mothmansmilkman

🎶Now, where will our smiles take us?🎶

I heard it was supposed to be storming during my shift today, so I was hoping there wouldn't be too many people here. But the rain hasn't started yet :/

Might have to be dealing with it on my way home instead...

Anyway, here's a cute picture :3

🎶Now I face out, I hold out
I reach out to the truth of my life🎶

Kinda flubbed the color editing on the headband a bit, but I gave Yukiko another shot :3

I also completely forgot to turn the ring light on the tripod on, so I look a little washed out lol

I can't wait for Revival!! Me and bf have been playing P4G again, and we know quite a few scenes that are gonna hurt a whole lot more when they're fully voiced/have updated animations... by @mothmansmilkman

I wore McMiku to Midwest Toy & Comic Fest yesterday! I didn't spend much time there, but I made sure to get some pictures at home afterwards before I took the costume lol

One of the highlights of the day was the guy who made the McKnuckleduster recognizing it on me :3

Background eraser app and hair color editor weren't cooperating with me and I couldnt be bothered to put extra effort in, so sorry if the editing looks MASSIVELY chopped RIP by @mothmansmilkman
