MothyCos is a queer and disabled Australian cosplayer, content creator, costume maker, wig stylist, and photographer based in Perth, WA. With nearly a decade of experience in the cosplay scene, they showcase a wide variety of unique cosplays from almost any type of media you can imagine!

~ the rhythm and tempo of the music, my own breathing and heartbeat.

@nekonation purrth was an absolute dream come true. it was such an honour to be a catboy promoter for such an amazing, sold out event with some of the most talented people i've ever met, including the legend @s3rlofficial himself.

thank you to everybody who recognised me, complimented me or hyped me up on stage while i was fighting off severe stage fright in front of over 1k people. it was one of the most daunting but euphoric things i've ever done in my whole life.

most of all, thank you to the neko nation team, including the forever gorgeous @daniquinncosplayer for running such a legendary event. this wouldn't have happened without all of her's and the team's hard work and time.

this was a life changing experience and i'm so happy to be part of anirave history 🥹

such a late post about @tokyoalleyperth last weekend, celebrating their 10th anniversary! better late than never, though! it was so amazing to be part of the creators team 🎉 i was so lucky to be able to meet @addyharajuku @k9kurowo AND @michi.mochievee over the weekend, as well as attend the apothecary diaries meetup, the unofficial kuro and michi fan gathering + do photoshoots with some of my besties whehe

i was going to make a small video about the con but just haven't found the time yet since i'm in the final stretch to get all of my tafe assignments done + have now started a new job that takes up most of my free time... the world has it out for me rn

~ this place has brought me so many things: freedom, fresh knowledge, brave friends. how can i ever repay you? i want to be of help to you at any time.

(3/3) genuinely looking through these photos makes me actually emotional, this shoot made me feel so great about myself and i was able to artistically show off one of my biggest yet pretty niche interests. i am so thankful to cloud for taking these photos and i will treasure them forever 🥺 the only thing still annoying me is that I STEAMED THE COSPLAY TO PERFECTION AND JUST WEARING IT MAKES IT WRINKLE
