What happens when you combine 3D animation with AI video generation?

This is the result.

I wanted to see how far I can push this workflow — traditional 3D production techniques on one side, AI video on the other, cut together into one piece.

Every shot of the watch is full 3D. Modeled, textured and lit in Blender. Some of the other shots aren’t 🫰

The IWC Portofino Perpetual Calendar — I rebuilt it in Blender to find out.

Bringing the Dragon and Tiger to life on this @richardmille masterpiece 🐉🐅

This project was a challenge, combining watchmaking architecture and organic design.

The entire watch was crafted in Blender, and to push the limits, the sculptures of the dragon and tiger were generated using AI workflow and then refined and integrated directly into the animation sequence.

I’ll share a breakdown where I’ll show exactly how I integrated the AI models into my Blender workflow. Stay tuned!

Untaming Precision: @richardmille inspired creation 🐉🐅

Took on the challenge of recreating a Richard Mille inspired piece — every diamond, every gear, every reflection crafted in Blender Cycles. The animal sculptures? Generated and refined with AI, then integrated into the scene.

This project was all about pushing the boundaries between traditional watchmaking aesthetics and the possibilities of modern 3D tools.
