I’m proud of Motion Elite. Really proud. ❤️🙏 But I’m also sad, lost, disappointed, grateful and probably feeling a few other things I haven’t completely worked out yet. For three years, this brand has taken up a huge part of my head, my time and my heart. It’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done, but also one of the most demanding. Walking away from something you created from nothing is hard. Posting this to you all is actually ripping my heart out. I'm crushed and have been for months. There are people who believed in this before there was much to believe in. People who backed me, wore the gear, shared the posts, raced in it, represented it, encouraged me and kept me going when I was running on empty. Some of you have been there from the very beginning. I hope you know how much that meant to me. There were so many moments where I looked at Motion Elite and thought, “How did this actually happen?” Seeing people train and race in something I created will always be one of those things I’m incredibly proud of. I wish I could have taken it further. I genuinely do. I had Soo much fun & met so many incredible people 🙌 There’s a part of me that will probably always wonder what it could have become if I had more time, more resources and more of myself to give. But sometimes doing the right thing doesn’t feel like the easy thing. And sometimes you have to accept that finishing something doesn’t take away from what it was. As long as you did your best. So this is me closing one chapter, being proud of what we created, being grateful for everyone who came along for the ride, and trying to make a little more room for what comes next. I have ALOT of stock left, so please buy some 75% off gear from my webstore. 🙏 To everyone who played even a small part in Motion Elite… Thank you. Joel by @motionelitebrand

BIG SESSION. BIG SWEAT. SMART FUELLING. 🔥 1hr 50min of solid work this morning — treadmill, bike, sleds and wall balls and what a belter morning it was.💪 With around 3.5L sweat loss. This is why I don’t leave hydration and fuelling to chance. 🧂 @lemalt.co salts before the session. ⚡ @moorendurancefuelco + @vert_nutrition_ during the sweat session. Supporting hydration, electrolyte replacement and energy intake so I can keep putting in the work. Without the support of these guys, it wouldn’t happen. It’s not just about how hard you train. It’s about how well you fuel the effort. @dopaminelabaustralia @motionelitebrand @wodfit__hervey_bay_gym__hyrox #hybridathlete #hyrox #hybridtraining #fuelyourbody #gymlife by @motionelitebrand

🔥 8 YEARS. ONE PB. FINALLY BROKEN. 🔥 54:28… ⏱️ That was my PB from 2018. For 8 YEARS, that number stood there untouched. Until today. 👊 48:55. 💥 Eight years older… and I’ve just run my best time. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks? 🐕🔥 It came from trusting the process, showing up, staying consistent and slowly progressing……. session after session, week after week. And a HUGE shoutout to @tylerwalsgott for the pacing today and helping drag me over that finish line.🤝🔥 54:28 ➡️ 48:55 8 years later… PB smashed. 🏆 @dopaminelabaustralia @motionelitebrand @deadlydozenaus @lemalt.co @gripstarsocks @joshclark.26 Coaching . . . #runner #hybridathlete #deadlydozen #running #runningpb by @motionelitebrand
