It has been a great day on the mats! We had the opportunity to attend the grand opening of the new PSBJJA @osma_psbjj location. It was a privilege to learn from @pedro_sauer_ and so many other great instructors, learn some great concepts and techniques, and be able to surround ourselves with some great people. I've known this girl and her family since she was in high school. As soon as her daughter was old enough she brought her to train with us until they moved to PA. Any time they are home visiting family, her daughter trains with us except this time she joined us on the mats, too. I love seeing more women learning jiu-jitsu. It was fun having Elise and her daughter Olivia train with us for the past couple weeks. by @motionworksmaa
