The 2020 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Fastback with the MT-82 6-speed manual transmission comes equipped with a naturally aspirated 5.0L (302 cubic-inch) Coyote V8 engine featuring a DOHC, 32-valve aluminum construction, Twin Independent Variable Cam Timing (Ti-VCT), and Ford’s port-fuel/direct-injection system (PFDI). It produces 460 horsepower at 7,000 RPM and 420 lb-ft of torque at 4,600 RPM, with a factory redline of approximately 7,500 RPM. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Getrag MT-82 6-speed manual transmission featuring a twin-disc clutch, dual-mass flywheel, and optional automatic rev matching. The transmission has gear ratios of 3.237 (1st), 2.104 (2nd), 1.422 (3rd), 1.000 (4th), 0.814 (5th), and 0.622 (6th). The GT uses a limited-slip rear differential, with a 3.55:1 standard rear axle ratio on the manual GT. The suspension consists of an independent MacPherson-strut front setup and independent integral-link rear suspension, with front and rear stabilizer bars. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes with ABS. The car weighs approximately 3,705 pounds, has a 107.1-inch wheelbase, measures 188.5 inches long, 75.4 inches wide without mirrors, and 54.3 inches tall. It has a 16-gallon fuel tank, an EPA rating of approximately 15 MPG city, 24 MPG highway, and 18 MPG combined, and requires premium unleaded fuel for optimal performance. It seats four passengers, has a 13.5-cubic-foot trunk, and comes factory-equipped with dual exhaust, selectable drive modes, electronic stability control, traction control, launch control, and line-lock functionality. #ford #mustang #mustanggt by @motivwheels
