Hello everyone,

Hope all is well. I wanted to check in and give my feedback on the market with some smart moves to make.

Rates (cost of rates) have been up and down this week with everything going on. They are still not bad. I believe the rates will settle down next week.

If you’re in a purchase, you may want to check in on rates closely next week with your Loan Officer and lock on a good day.

Finally not hurt and made it out for some desert camping and riding. Perfect weather and even some moisture in the dirt!! Flowers were everywhere and good times with

Just a quick update on the home loan market.

There is no more minimum fico to get a home loan!

I can now offer DSCR loans ( you can buy an investment home just qualifying from projected rental income!

Fixed rate seconds if you need cash and don’t want to lose your low rate on your first loan.
