🐢Turtles..wow! Beautiful creatures, with the longest longevity in the animal kingdrom. Their aging process is slower thanks to their slow metabolism, and consequently slow breath rhythm.
Imagine: a turtle takes aprox 3/4 breaths per minute and has a life span of 150 years.
Humans 12/18 breaths per minute and have life span of 71 years. Dogs breathe 20/30 times per minute with a life span of 11 years.

In this part of the journey, where life experiences brought me the deep willingness to embrace patience and steadiness, observing a turtle in her natural element is just an incredible reminder. 🤍

Let the magic happen ✨

Or better let resistance go: surrender and trust.
When facing a new situation, relationship or environment, our old patterns might not serve us anymore.

In fact those patterns, beliefs and behaviors are often what is blocking us from getting what we really desire.

So, if we look deep enough, we’ll realize that whatever we are facing, and I really mean whatever, it is life giving us the opportunity to change and grow from old habits we are automatically repeating.

No one likes to be sad, or jealous, or anxious, but we somehow demonize all of it. Hiding it, without finding an healthy outlet for it.
We keep on identifying with our emotions.

Instead of observing and embrace, we fight and feel guilty.

For me is rage, my tone of voice, my faces and the way I look at somebody sometime, it is still so automatic.. and I use plenty of excuses: oh it is cultural I’m Italian! Oh but that guy cut me off! Oh but I was there first! But I make people feel like shit, and I feel quite bad too honestly.
There are healthier way to be respected, but most of all it is ok to be vulnerable especially if we learn how to self soothe ❤️‍🩹

I hope these words will help you identify where there is most friction in your life, and also bring light and love to that part that you keep hiding and find hard to accept, which in reality it’s just perfect the way it is.

✨Wishing that all the hardship you endured in your life will finally lead you to the best version of yourself.

✨That every harsh interaction you had with others will teach you about self compassion and equanimity.

✨That you might surrender and trust this life with a strong body, an healthy love and a disciplined mind.

✨May we embody unconditional love.
Accepting the depth of each moment of grief and sorrow as a reminder that the present is a gift to be savored with attention and devotion.

✨Grateful for every human being who crossed my path, for what you teach when you look, move and talk, you all make my life complete.

🔮God bless your new year and most of all may you find God in yourself and fully step in your power with unshakable faith.

This Energy or Nothing
-A curated issue03

🌹beyond the self-celebration and ephemeral content you find here, deep down you know I live for depth, hidden behind long nails and loud motorcycles.
I like making it flamboyant.

So I wish us a year of art, where everyone is treated the way we wish to be treated, even better than we think we deserve.
May our actions be the spark that ignites freedom and joy in others.

Thank you for being here❤️‍🔥

ITA 🇮🇹

Observe, don’t Absorb🪷

Creation can be light in its depth, sometimes is about playing with different energies, exaggerating certain aspects of ourselves, exploring the unfamiliar, being a little bratty for the fun of it and celebrating the freedom to be unapologetically expressive.

Utthan Prishtasana — Modified Lizard Pose 🦎

Utthan = raised / stretched
Pristha = back
Asana = pose

A variation of Lizard Pose that asks for both strength and surrender.

Start from a low lunge and place your hands on the floor. Gently rock forward and back, exploring the space in your hips and legs. Keep your front thigh as parallel to the floor as feels natural, while extending the back leg long.

Then pause.
Stay for 5–10 slow breaths.

It’s an intense stretch, but you don’t need to force your way into it. There’s no prize for going full pretzel. 🥨

In yogic tradition, this pose is associated with Svadhisthana Chakra, the sacral energy center connected with creativity, sensuality, pleasure and emotional flow.

Whether you experience chakras as energetic centers or simply as a symbolic framework, the invitation is the same:

Create space. Feel more. Move with intention.

RED MAGICK
It’s not something I “do.”
It is something I embody.

I don’t borrow power
from external sources,
objects, or symbols.

I alchemize the elements within me:
fire the desire,
air the breath,
earth the flesh,
water the blood.

My body is the tool.
My word is the spell.
My energy is the channel.

My life is the ritual.
