It's amazing what one year of consistency, grinding, and intentionality can do.

@gopro footage of how it started. Over 500 people lined up at 5:30 am with headlamps to take on Marquette Trail 50. 15 of us represented @bmrdetroit While Marquette's peaks and valleys punished us, their people showed us nothing but love. They will remember @blackmenrun /@bmrturf taken in Marquette, Michigan by @motown.mack

Raw @gopro footage of the last 44 seconds from the 8 hours, 35 minutes, 8 seconds it took us from start to finish doing Marquette Trail 50K. Needless to say we were in PAIN. It took us to our limits and showed us what we could endure. Just happy i suffered through it with the bros! ✊🏾
