POV: Your afternoon matcha is this green. by @mouchiiematcha

Save this for tomorrow morning. Your café-style matcha latte at home:

1. Sift 1 tsp (2 g) Mouchiie ceremonial matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 2 oz (60 ml) water at 175°F (80°C). Never boiling, boiling water is what makes matcha bitter.
3. Whisk in a quick zig-zag until smooth and foamy.
4. Pour over 6 to 8 oz (180 to 240 ml) of hot or iced milk.

Make it, then tag us. We share our favorite remakes.
