One week on and I'm still not over the final night of Midnight Dancer.

@nikita__kuzmin your show was an absolute triumph and you should be so incredibly proud.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone involved with this beautiful creation. Thank you for the love, the passion, the pain and the joy.

I said it my my stories but it bears repeating here: on behalf of all those for whom this show was a refuge - thank you. Thank you for being a light in the darkness.

Yesterday I saw Midnight Dancer and, unsurprisingly, I loved it.

The show got off to a bold start giving each of the supporting cast a solo moment building to a dynamic group routine before @nikita__kuzmin 's entrance, back to the audience in full sparkles. It was a dazzling moment of confidence and set the tone for a show full of rhythm, heart and charm.

The artistry of the whole show was phenomenal. The music was amazing. @rebeccalisewski sure can sing, but for me the true difference in this show was the seemless blending of songs one into the next. One moment the song was Roxanne and then it was Survivor but somehow that made complete sense. Additionally the use of a heart beat rhythm drove the story and kept the emotion right at the surface, clearly just where Nikita wanted it to be. I adored the way the lighting reflected the rhythms: proof that a simple set can be easily elevated.

Alongside the momentum created by the music and lighting, Nikita has choreographed a cohesive story with deliberate almost stacato movements that echo and ripple (quiet literally in the case of the dancers' bodies) through the show. The powerful Run Boy Run number perhaps being the apex of this.

Other highlights included the ball scene and Nikita's emotional solo at the top of Act Two leading to the spine-tingling Cry Me a River number. I marvelled at the beauty of the denouement between @tomaandree, @seamusmcintosh_ (that scarf) and Kuzmin. And, oh my that final lift. Someone needs to count just how many spins Nikita does whilst holding Andreea above his head because it is a lot!!!

So was Nikita the beating heart of the show? Well yes, he is just incredible and mesmeric as you'd expect. But also not entirely. This was an ensemble piece. The supporting cast were all fantastic: everyone hit every accent in the music full on every time; everyone was giving their all. It meant the show had real soul. It's a great measure of Nikita the man, not just Nikita the performer, that he engendered that.

Nikita I think you should be very, very proud.

I'm in need of annual Nikita tours!!!!! Eleven performers in bold glittery costumes stand on stage arms raised together to take their final bow. The stage is framed with blue light and the words Midnight Dancer are lit up in blue and purple above their heads. The light shines brightest from the chest of the star Nikita Kuzmin, centre stage in purple sequins. taken in Peacock Theatre, Sadlers Wells by @mountain76800

Yesterday I saw the matinee performance of Layton & Nikita: Live. Now I'm a massive team Lakita fan (I'll go on record right now and say I think they're the greatest Strictly partnership ever) so I was always going to love it, but oh boy did I love it!!!!

The atmosphere was amazing; from the Meet and Greet to the show itself there was just so much joy, so much love and so much laughter.

I'm not sure I could pick a favourite number. The 'Strictly inspired' (no copyright infringements here!!!) cha cha, paso and charleston were all first class. That Jive in the closing Abba medley, ok the whole of the finale, was just a tonic for the soul. If I really had to say then it has to be the Argentine Tango - it had me in tears. The cut to black at the end to close the first half - just inspired.

Then the second half began with a sensational solo from Nikita. That man emotes with every fiber of his being!! The audience were spell bound. Not to be out done later we had Layton backflipping straight down the stage towards the audience - just phenomenal (although I will admit to a certain amount of maternal fear at that moment - it's not that big of a stage once you put a band at the back!).

What else? Layton's vocals, actually all the vocals, were outstanding. Nikita's lead is just everything: there were some lovely ways through the mistakes - sorry not mistakes - choreographical differences!!! The banter! The chaos! Just the pure joy.

Perhaps the sweetest moment was Nikita talking about how he and Layton just click. In fact, I'd say it's the most important part of their partnership. I think they spark a light in one another that burns far brighter than it ever could alone and it's just beautiful to watch.

So, I'll just be over here refusing to believe it's the end. Now come on @laytonwilliams and @nikita__kuzmin one of you needs to comment 'never say never' on this and give us all some hope! taken in Theatre Royal Drury Lane by @mountain76800

I was lucky enough to see the opening night of Strictly The Professionals last night. It was AMAZING!!!! First - a massive thank you to all involved: to @jasongilkison for the vision; to the entire cast for the commitment and the energy; to the singers (@taramcdonaldtv - outstanding!) and the band, and to all the backstage crew without whom none of it would happen. I laughed, l cried, I wooped with joy. It was epic.

The pro tour is always the greatest for the sheer joy of the pros getting to dance full out and in their own styles. There were so many unexpected moments too though. @nikita__kuzmin and @lubamushtuk's duet being the standout one for me - they are electric together! We need more of this next season please!

The whole Fosse section was first class; @gkx_carlos you rock a corset!!! I Loved 'The Italians' - grazie mille @vitocoppola, @grazianodiprima, Luba and Nikita for that joy. @Jowitaprzystal and @gorka_marquez jiving was just gorgeous and Graz jiving was unbelievable - seriously can a person's legs actually move that fast?

Then there was @mr_njonesofficial. Where would this show be without Neil? Neil being spun on a table. Neil on a scooter. Neil as Alan. So much joy!!

What else? @nancy_xuxi 's leg extension; @michelle_tsiak 's feet; Nikita's hands - some of the detail is just beyond, beyond insanely amazing.

The feel of the whole night was just wonderful. Huge kudos to @diannebuswell for her beautiful words about family and to @karenhauer for introducing the Robin Windsor tribute so exquisitely.

So what was my favourite number? Well Running up That Hill was gorgeous and the lyrical Your Song number was right up my street  (nice save on the final lift Vito and Dianne) but in the end it has to be Something Just Like This. The restaging using the stairs - absolutely inspired. Jason I'm in awe. Vito and Nikita just so well done. The trust you must have in each other for that final section. My heart was in my mouth for all those backbends backwards down the stairs. But oh my word so beautiful, so moving. Thank you for sharing the message that love is love wherever you find it with the next generation. It means a lot. #strictlycomedancinglive taken in Oxford, Oxfordshire by @mountain76800

Saw the amazing Strictly Professionals Tour last night. What a show! What a cast - all giving of their very best so we the audience would enjoy it.

So many highlights - the cowboy number (how long was that?!! The stamina was insane.); @gkx_carlos and @nikita__kuzmin's duet; anytime @diannebuswell was in a ball gown; @jowitaprzystal and @nikita__kuzmin's Samba; @vitocoppola and @mr_njonesofficial's shall we say 'tribute' to Beyonce; @karenhauer (no that's it, just 'Karen' - she was amazing!); @gorka_marquez flamenco-ing; the whole finale.... It was so good!

Can we just take a minute though to appreciate @nikita__kuzmin's hands? Seriously his hand shaping, his artistry ... he can tell a story with his finger tips. How does he do that? So gorgeous! I was obsessed!
