Life goes through cycles and the greatest thing we can do for ourselves is to honour them as they come, even if that means stepping away from passions you once really loved. The gift you will find in the silver lining is once you rekindle a passion that was on hiatus you get to fall in love with it all over again! Today my heart yearn to be on the water in the crisp winter air as the sun warmed my cheeks and it was glorious! Happy Paddling ☺️ taken in Nelson, British Columbia by @mountainlocal

Stoked to have seen @simpleplan and @bfs_official live in Spokane! The outdoor venue at Northern Quest was fantastic and I even had a shooting star 💫 go right over my head during “I’m Just a Kid” taken in Northern Quest Casino Outdoor Venue by @mountainlocal

What an absolute honour it was to celebrate my beautiful mom and her 65th year of life! 🍾 My mom is an incredibly strong, hardworking and vibrant women who has showed me how to always stand up for myself and take up space in this world — My family lives back east, so these adventures I get to share with them always leave a special mark on me and I truly cherish the time we get to spend together. Now also having my niece and nephews around adds so much more fun into the mix as well as more time with my big bro and sister-in-law too! Love you all! ❤️ Love you mom. by @mountainlocal
