I know the Mountain Men calendar has a reputation for nudity, but sometimes it really is just about making art. I love photographing fully clothed men just as much as the scantily clad ones. Nick, Hunter and Truly look like they casually wandered straight out of the pages of Field & Stream. I’ve been trying to get the guys from Bleeding Heart Brewery together for a shoot for years. My dreams finally came true today, and we lined up a tandem bike. The guys brought their own attire and fashioned their own crop tops. It was an afternoon full of belly laughs. If you’re in Palmer, Alaska, be sure to stop at their brewery and compliment them on their beer and tandem biking skills.
