Pressures, conditioning, and noise from today holds little weight when remembering you can connect straight to the source of wisdom and receive your teachings.

So much to come on my experience at Eleusis 🤍🧿

The gym has always been my happy place. The place where I feel most confident, most alive. Where something alchemical happens every single time I walk through those doors.

So it caught me completely off guard when my shadow showed up there last week.

Comparison. Body shaming myself. The old voice. Right in the middle of my sanctuary.

I know the neuroscience. I have the tools. And it still hit.

Here’s what I actually did in that moment.

I noticed the thoughts. And instead of letting them spiral, I stopped. I named it. “This is my shadow showing up.” Because these things live and grow in the dark. The moment you bring them into the light, they lose their power.

I reached out to my support system and told them exactly how I was feeling. Not to vent. But because shadows stay shadows when we keep them to ourselves.

And then I made a choice. To stop the pattern. To meet myself with love instead of judgment. To take a step forward that honored my body rather than punished it.

That’s the work. Not white knuckling through it. Not pretending it didn’t happen. Actually stopping, seeing it, and choosing differently.

If this resonated, drop a wave below or send this to someone who needs it. 🌊

Part II: Priestess Pilgrimage | Ancient Messini

I laid on the temple and let the land hold me.

This is the Asklepieion of Ancient Messene, one of Greece’s most extraordinary healing sanctuaries in the southwestern Peloponnese. For centuries, pilgrims made their way here seeking what we all quietly seek. To be made whole. They would purify themselves, sleep on sacred ground, dream, and receive.

Mind. Body. Soul. All of it together, never separated.

Something in me knew to be still here. I didn’t plan it. I just felt the pull of the stones beneath me and I listened. There is a particular kind of knowing that lives in the body rather than the mind, and this land speaks directly to it.

I came as a nutrition therapist devoted to my service. And what I found here wasn’t a new belief. It was an ancient confirmation of one I have always carried.

But here, I found a new face for that knowing. Asclepius (Ασκληπιός). The god of healing honored at this very sanctuary. His symbol ⚕️, the staff entwined by a single serpent, remains the true emblem of medicine and healing to this day. That unbroken thread of care for the whole human being runs through every healing tradition that followed. And now he is a new inspiration woven into the vision of Mountain Nourished.

I think about those I serve. The ones already on their way, even if they don’t know it yet. The woman who is ready, truly ready, to be seen and supported in her wholeness rather than just her symptoms.

I asked this land for its blessing. Over my work. Over those I serve. Over every conversation, every nourishing meal, every moment of honest reckoning that unfolds in our time together. Because healing is never contained to one person. It ripples outward, into families, into relationships, into the way a woman moves through her day. The ripple effect of one person truly healing is immeasurable.

To every pilgrim who walked this ground before me, I honor you. Your longing for wholeness, your willingness to make the journey, your trust that healing was possible. It echoes still.

To this land, to Asclepius, thank you. For holding all of us who have come seeking. And for reminding me of what I have always known. by @mountainnourished

What if you stopped playing so small and let yourself truly shine? ⚡️

It has been just over a week since I returned from my pilgrimage in Greece, from sacred ground where codes were downloaded, identities were reclaimed, and something ancient within me was finally, fully awakened.

And today, under the Scorpio Full Moon, on this sacred Beltane, this potent, truth-telling, transformational lunation, I step forward. No longer playing small. No longer dimming what I know myself to be.

Scorpio is my natal moon, the place in my chart where I was always meant to feel deeply, transform completely, and rise from the waters of my own becoming. This lunation is not just a portal. It is a homecoming and a perfect time to stand in what I know.

I am a Priestess 🤍

I am here to help you remember your divinity. To honor and nourish your body, your mind, your soul.

Standing at the Acropolis, I looked up at the Caryatids, those six women, carved in stone, holding the weight of the world above their heads with such power, such grace, such grief, and I understood. This is what it looks like to hold it all and still stand.

Athena (Αθηνά) taught me wisdom. Not the kind found in books, but the kind forged in stillness, in discernment, in knowing when to act and when to wait. She is the goddess who does not rush, who sees the whole battlefield before making a single move. She reminded me that clarity is power, and that a woman who knows her own mind is a force nothing can touch.

This is just the beginning. ✨🌕🏛️🧿

Here’s the thing: your body isn’t just some random machine, it’s a storyteller with a perfect memory of everything you’ve lived through (and yeah, even some of your ancestors’ stories too).

When I say “the body keeps the score,” I mean it knows what’s up… so let’s actually give it a chance to be heard.

Are you ready to tune into the messages your body’s been sending and take aligned, grounded action?

Most people don’t realize how much soaking your rice changes the way your body absorbs it.

This isn’t a “health hack”, it’s just ancestral wisdom that still works.

Less arsenic, better digestion, happier minerals, smoother blood sugar.

Simple things make the biggest difference. The way it was always meant to be. 🌾✨

I bought myself flowers today… for my altar, for my ceremony, and for my body.

Because every time I honor the body, I’m feeding the part of me that knows how to heal.

Tonight’s Full Moon in Taurus holds us in the energy of the body; the senses, the soil, the slow, steady rhythm of nourishment.

It’s a reminder that healing isn’t just a mindset.
It’s cellular.
It’s biochemical.
It’s how we breathe, eat, rest, and receive.

When we live in a constant state of stress or self-rejection, our nervous system stays on guard, digestion slows, hormones shift, our body stops trusting it’s safe to thrive.

This is why nervous system regulation is nutrition therapy.

Because the way we think, feel, and respond to life literally changes how our body metabolizes food, absorbs nutrients, and repairs tissue.

So tonight, my altar will hold flowers and light and prayer.
But the deeper ceremony is this: remembering that nourishment is sacred.

That slowing down is medicine.
That the way I feed myself, food, thought, rest, beauty, is how I communicate safety to my cells.

This is why I do this work.

Because you can eat all the “right” foods and still not feel nourished if your body doesn’t feel safe.

So under this moon, I’m recommitting to the practice of safety, softness, and sensory presence... the soil real healing grows from.

Maybe your ritual tonight is lighting a candle before you eat, reminding yourself that a tiger is not chasing you, or simply whispering “I am safe to receive.”

I could make so many of these. It’s time to unlearn the bs societal programming and tune into our intuitive ability to build our happiest and healthiest lives.

Today, Friday the 13th, may have unlucky stigma attached to it, but it is actually a very meaningful day for the divine feminine. Every Friday the 13th, is an invitation to honor the Day of the Divine Feminine, a sacred celebration of goddess energy. Rooted in ancient traditions, the number 13 symbolizes the sacred rhythm of life, aligning with the 13 menstrual and lunar cycles, long associated with feminine power, intuition, and creation. Once revered as a time to embrace this divine energy, today we reclaim its true origin as a symbol of empowerment, harmony, and the sacred balance of life. 🌙

A large part of my passion for holistic nutrition comes into play with guiding women to see and embrace their power and worth. This worth is more than your appearance, it’s an energy, and a way of operating in the world. This paradigm shift holds immense opportunity for radical change in one’s life. Today, I wear my Goddess Kali shirt as I celebrate my body temple in the gym. I believe women are magic, and femininity is sacred. ❤️‍🔥 Happy Friday the 13th

XOXO
