If you focus on how many times you fall down, you’ll never get up.

“Remember your roots. Remember where you came from. Always be humble.” 🇲🇽

For @fj_ordunoo, tomorrow’s Hispanic Heritage Game has a deeper meaning knowing he’s a long way from kicking soccer balls across dirt fields in Mexicali, Mexico.

Adversity doesn’t build character, it reveals it. We’ve taken our lumps, we’ve learned our lessons, but the brotherhood in this locker room is unbreakable.

A DAY LATE, BUT THE APPRECIATION IS EVERY DAY. 🏈🦁

Happy Belated National Coaches Day to the men who pour into our young men every single day.

Building a program and building a culture isn’t easy. It takes sacrifice, patience, accountability, humility, and a willingness to keep growing—and that starts with us as coaches.

We’re not perfect. We don’t always get everything right. I certainly don’t. But I’m grateful for a staff willing to keep working, keep learning, hold each other accountable, and continue showing up for our kids.

Our responsibility goes far beyond wins and losses. We have an opportunity to help develop better students, better sons, better teammates, better leaders, and ultimately better men.

Thank you to every coach who sacrifices time with his own family to invest in ours. What you do matters, even when nobody sees it.

We still have a lot of work ahead of us—and that’s okay. Culture is built one day, one decision, one relationship, and one young man at a time.

Grateful for our staff. Grateful for our players. Grateful for the opportunity to build something together at Mountain Pointe.

US vs US.
One Staff. One Standard. One PR1DE.
