The inaugural @bigskyfoodandwine festival was truly an unforgettable experience that I feel so blessed to have been a part of 🙏🏻✨

Thank you to all of the amazing chefs that participated last weekend — I made it an effort to try every single bite I could and wow, I was blown away! Each of these dishes were carefully crafted with balance, flavor, and gorgeous presentation ✨

While also enjoying the food, the cocktails and decor in the Please Don’t Tell Speakeasy were incredible. This was so well put together. And of course, thank you to all the wineries as well 🍷🥃

The demonstrations during the day at the culinary stage were also so fun & informative, I absolutely loved that this was available as well. How often do you get a live cooking lesson from world-class and Michelin-star chefs?! This was such a unique experience.

📍MT: if you have not yet been to @eat.campione in livingston— take this as a sign to go IMMEDIATELY. This is one of my favorite spots in Montana so far.

Their menu is Italian inspired featuring delicious antipasti, salads, pastas, mains, & dessert. All of which are scratch made with local ingredients 🍝

We tried two of their nightly specials. The burrata special along with the duck confit miso butter pappardelle — both were SO FRESH and delicious. The ingredients really complemented each other in the best way. I also recommend the meatballs and the cornmeal crusted flathead lake trout 🐟

The @oomoonlightbasin Vintner Series definitely needs to be on your Big Sky Bucket List! 🍷⛰️

Whether you live locally or are traveling to Big Sky, this is a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The @oomoonlightbasin has brought wineries from all over the world right to our backyard. These dinners allow you to not only expand your wine knowledge, but your palette as well with a carefully crafted four course pairing menu 🍷✨

I enjoyed learning more about @cfv_napavalley from Xavier Cervantes himself, who came in from Napa Valley to share this dinner and their wine with us. The way that the wine so perfectly complemented the food— it was like a culinary masterpiece ✨

Each of the ingredients in these dishes balanced so perfectly— it’a hard to say which was my favorite. I really enjoyed the asparagus & cucumber salad as well as the roasted duck.

I highly recommend this experience. If you missed any of their dinners so far, don’t worry because there’s still tickets left for both September 4th and September 25th! Make sure to grab them now before they sell out 🎫

TETON TRIP EATS: I had such a short trip, but I wanted to eat so much more.

Arriving on Friday evening I stopped by @dornans_in_moose for an individual pizza & a @grandtetonbrewing huckleberry wheat beer! You can get full service at the bar — the vibes & service were great, along with the pizza 🍕

Saturday I spent all day hiking so I indulged in homemade sandwiches & snacks, but after my hike I stopped by the Jackson Lake Lodge Blue Heron Lounge where you can sit outside with an amazing view of the Tetons. They serve snacks & drinks. The barbacoa tostadas were the perfect after hike snack with a cold glass of vino 🍷

Sunday morning, I woke up SORE from my hike. It was a slow morning and I had to hit the road back to Bozeman, but I stopped by @persephonebakery for an iced huckleberry latte & a croissant breakfast sandwich. This place is super popular for a reason! 🥐

I can’t wait to visit @grandtetonnps & @visitjacksonhole again. Drop your suggestions for my next trip— the Tetons stole my heart! 🏔️🩶

🌾BOZEMAN🌾 the @mountain_provisionsmt experience takes farm-to-table to a whole new level. This unique dining experience needs to be on your Bozeman bucket list.

I recently got the opportunity to attend the @mountain_provisionsmt farm dinner at @amaltheiadairy and it truly was a wonderful experience that I recommend EVERYONE check out themselves (thank you @faithfulvalleyfarm) 🙏🏻

We started with a farm tour— getting to see the magic behind @amaltheiadairy!

The menu featured delicious bison carpaccio, onion soup, a summer vegetable galette, prawn & bison purloo, & elderflower custard for dessert. You’ll also be welcomed with a cocktail and you are encouraged to BYOB! 🍷🧺

@emily.elizabeth_hahn carefully curates the menus for these farm dinners to incorporate local, season ingredients from local farms & ranches. Using these ingredients and her culinary skills to bring each dish to life, allowing each guest to go on an exploratory, flavorful journey — all while supporting local. 🌾

Come with an open mind & leave with an appreciation for the art of food, local farms/ranches, and the people behind both. 🌾

🌺BOZEMAN🌺. No need to board that plane to Hawaii, now you can find DELICIOUS hawaiian food locally! For the next few Sundays, @ohana__food and @crosstheroad.mt have teamed up to bring a taste of Hawaii to bozeman in celebration of the upcoming opening of the @ohana__food food truck! 🚚

This past sunday, I stopped by to check out their first special: the Hulihuli plate. This plate had tender grilled chicken with a delicious Hawaiian bbq sauce, grilled pineapple with a li hung moi (basically a hawaiian tajin), and was served with sesame buttered rice then topped with homemade furikake and green onion. To say the least this dish was BURSTING with flavors that you can’t find anywhere else in bozeman 🔥🍍🫚🧄

Next weeks special is going to be Kalua Moco! Like the classic Loco Moco— but better. This dish will feature braised in banana leaf pork shoulder on top of a bed off rice, topped with Hawaiian gravy and a fried egg, then garnished with homemade furikake 🔥

Also, keep your eyes out for the HOMEMADE SPAM (yes the spam doesn’t come from a can) MUSUBI 🍙

So excited for @ohana__food food truck to open and share hawaiian food with Bozeman. Shout out to Seth on this amazing concept. Follow him to keep tabs on when the grand opening is happening!

DENVER! Did you know that @bao_tennyson has brunch?!

Their brunch menu is served saturdays & sundays from 12 pm-2 pm. The bacon & egg bao buns are a must try along with their yuzu mimosa 🤌🏻. And of course, you can still enjoy their classics like the pork xiao long bao 🥟

Found my new fav sandwich in Bozeman at @bozemanpizza 🌱.

The prosciutto burrata sandwich is made with heirloom tomato, prosciutto, creamy burrata, olive oil, balsamic, & arugula— all stacked on fresh house-made focaccia bread. It’s so delicious!

This spot also serves breakfast, baked goods, wings, pizza, salads, along with cold & hot sandwiches. Their tots & fries are fried in beef tallow. I can’t wait to go back & try more!

@melt_headspa brings a unique, must try Japanese inspired spa treatment to Bozeman! Their head spa treatment will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed 💆🏻‍♀️

This treatment combines lymphatic drainage and acupressure massage to relieve tension while also nourishing your scalp and hair. They use a camera to go over your scalp health and come up with a targeted treatment plan.

I was surprised to learn that my scalp was actually pretty moisturized despite the dry winter we’ve had. They also offer facial, lash/brow treatments, speciality beauty products, and other enhancements!
