six months ago I left my dream job. it was a hard decision at the time, but i was feeling stuck and needed to make a change. while I no longer work directly with guitars for my 9-5, my new role has given me the space to come back to guitar with a new appreciation and enjoy it again. I couldn't be more grateful for the time away. happy holidays, and here's hoping we make the time for our passions in 2026 by @mountmeek

These Telecasters live to see another day 🎸 Got a message from JB with some bad news — both necks of these guitars got smashed after getting checked at the airport en route to Austin. Once the guitars got back to Nashville, I picked them up to assess the damage. I was able to get the neck of the butterscotch blonde tele back in working order. Aesthetically not the cleanest, but I hope to refinish & replace the logo when there’s more downtime between shows. The break on the thinline tele neck was a bit more complex. It twisted as it broke and I didn’t feel confident in being able to fix it structurally. Big props to @matthewfarrar for getting a replacement neck on short notice. Always a joy to work on these guitars. A few years ago I installed the @curtis_novak_pickups & the Bigsby on the thinline, and it means a lot to have a shared history and see these guitars on the bench throughout the years. Fingers crossed they don’t need neck surgery ever again 🤞🏻 taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @mountmeek

colores de CDMX | canon ae-1, ektar 100 | august 2023 @violetmaehill planned a wonderful trip to CDMX and I was lucky & grateful to join her there for a few days. here are some flicks celebrating the colors of the city. most of these scenes are from Coyoacán, the beloved neighborhood Frida Kahlo called home. the rainbow umbrella was on the lawn at UNAM. dev: @boutiquefilmlab #35mm #film #flicks #ishootfilm #andlovecdmx taken in Ciudad de México CDMX by @mountmeek
