Just a short leash girly facing her fears 🙈😛

Terrifying but it was also so much fun (and just a weee bit painful)!! Huge shoutout to @fern8ndez and @franko_levita for the hype and silliness, this session boosted my confidence so much. && Go check their videos too (Frankos still in the making but coming soon)

Womans first Reverse supersonic 😛

This sport is super freakin cool but the community definitely is the best part. Biggest shoutout to @franko_levita for recording this from the top of a broken tree and for all the training sessions to include the early morning + some spicy breakfast that definitely contributed to the grind. As well as so much help from Coach Alex @fern8ndez , @kathreenyo, @nabil.k_ + Robinson for the line <3 @robinsonchen9 (miss you buddy!!). + Guy (it’s his legal name he was born with) for coming to all the sessions and having the tag up for each sesh 🫶 @mfnbagley

📍Lodrino Canyon in Ticino🦦🇨🇭

Half this video is in time lapse because it was our first time using the GoPro (oops). Still figuring out the whole 360 editing thing too, but this was my first swiftwater canyon and I already can’t wait to do another. It was insanely beautiful and so much fun 😛 taken in Ticino by @mountmini_slacks

Here’s my Laax qualifier that got me 11th. I definitely didn’t think I’d even want to watch it back but honestly…

Two years ago I was sitting in Matt’s cold apartment curled up in my personal favorite bean bag watching the Highline World Championship thinking how incredible it would be just to make it there someday. Making it to the very next World Championship felt like a joke at the time and definitely did not seem possible, but it gave me the oomph to really start grinding out some tricks.

Actually making it to Laax 2026 has been a crazy dream in the making.

being real, I left feeling a little more heartbroken which was not an anticipated part of the journey. I put so many hours into training just to be there. To make it to Laax, it really does become obsessive. Week after week, all you do is highline, work, sleep, repeat then once comp training starts it’s the same two-minute run over and over again. It’s hard not to put an insane amount of pressure on those two minutes when the timer actually starts.

The nerves continue to get to me. Competing in front of an audience is something I still haven’t mastered. By the end, my brain completely checked out which was a loss with such strong competition. Every single girl there was so freaking good. It was honestly incredible. Even though I didn’t make it to head-to-heads, the women who did absolutely threw down and were so deserving of those top spots!

The only hurt comes from knowing what I’m capable of and not performing to that standard. But simultaneously I truly am so proud of what I did land and I’m excited to keep learning how to overcome pressure.

I’m already excited to get back to training big tricks again. Through this whole process, I’ve become much better at comboing, which was something I really needed. No (semi??) loss is bigger than that win.

Truly what a privilege it is to care this deeply. The same thing that left me feeling defeated in qualifiers has also given me purpose, community, friendships, love, inspiration, discipline, and a reason to keep showing up.

So I’ll take the heartbreak as it only means I care deeply and for what i found is worth chasing.

+this is only the beginning. 😉🩷 taken in Laax, Switzerland by @mountmini_slacks
