This weekend is your last chance to ride the trails as we officially close for operations after Sunday 27th. Get amongst the fall foliage for some scenic biking. 🍁

Bike Park, ZipTour, Scenic Chair open 10 AM - 4:30 PM, with Fam Friday pricing in effect after 2 PM.

Results and photos from last weekend's Monster Marmot are now live! Lots of colour and smiles on display, 🍂😎 and a giant Monster Marmot sighting too.👀

Once again, we thank you for supporting this event and, more importantly, running for the marmots.

What will the $9k raised go towards? Adam Taylor, executive director of @marmotrecovery says:

"The money raised will go directly to on-the-ground recovery work, including making winter homes at the Centre for all the young marmots, caring for them this winter, and then releasing them to the wild next summer. Your gift blew me away, and will really make a difference to work this year!"

Our billet program supplements our existing staff housing and helps employees who would prefer a home off the mountain and in town. We are looking for welcoming homes with rooms in a shared house, studio suites, 1-bedroom, or 2-3-bedroom options that are furnished.

Fall is in the air 🍂 and we've got lots going on at the resort this weekend!

SATURDAY — PLAID AT THE PEAK 🧡
It’s all about fall, and we’ve got berry foraging, alpine wildlife education, arts & crafts and more from 10:30 AM–4 PM. Plus, enjoy a special blueberry-themed menu from our F&B team. Fun for all ages!

SUNDAY — MONSTER MARMOT 🐾
We’re running for the marmots as the inaugural Monster Marmot Trail Race kicks off! Come out, show your support and cheer on the runners as they take on the mountain.

Also open from 10 AM–4:30 PM: the Bike Park, Scenic Chair and ZipTours, with Family Friday pricing on offer after 2 PM.

A quick Sunday heads up: There will be minor disruptions to a few Bike Park trails as we accommodate trail runners for Monster Marmot. Keep an eye out for marshals directing bikers around the runners for a short period in the morning.

Deadline for registration for the first ever Monster Marmot is tomorrow at midnight. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to run for the Marmots, raising funds for the @marmotrecovery

Not feeling up to running but still want to be a part of the event? We are looking for course marshals for Sunday. If you are willing to volunteer your time to help out. we are offering a winter lift ticket in return! Please email events@mountwashington.ca if you are interested.

We are back to bikes this weekend! 🤘

The weather is looking really nice, fall colours are coming out, and it's time to hit the alpine for some lift-accessed riding. 🍂

The Bike Park will be open 10 AM - 4:30 PM Saturdays and Sundays for the rest of September, with Family Friday pricing in effect from 2 PM onwards. by @mountwashington

The Monster Marmot has officially emerged from the den…

We’re just over a week out and 164 of you have already signed up to take on the Monster.

We've teamed up with @frontrunnerscumberland , to bring the Monster Marmot to life, with net proceeds supporting the MArmot Recovery Foundation @marmotrecovery .

There’ll also be @rossignol shoe demos on race day, plus some fun prizes from @Altrarunning & @salomon because if you’re going to take on the monster marmot, you might as well have good shoes.

Want to know what you’re getting yourself into? The 5KM + 10KM routes are now up on our website.

A few spots are still available. Run for the marmots. Run from the Monster.
