Grateful for this crew who joined me for my first Mega Mat class at @sococycleri 💪✨

Trying something different isn’t always easy—but together, we proved that when you step outside your comfort zone and do something that matters, growth happens.

Here’s to strong bodies, brave hearts, and always finding a reason to move. 🙌

✨My 5-7 before my 9-5 ✨

OPEN THE STUDIO WITH ME FOR A 6:00am CLASS 🌊

Early morning workouts used to be a “heck no”. Now they’re what gets me through the day. All it took was consistency, adjusting my bedtime, okay and also having no other time to do it with two littles at home.

Come create new habits with me and @sococycleri

This July Baby #2 Is On Her Way for the Caron Family!

Cycling has been such a big part of my life and it was instrumental in my healthy, successful pregnancy and labor. During these chapters of life, it has also shown me how truly powerful the human body is.

Looking forward to being on the podium with baby girl and continuing to crush goals with you all (all while listening to my body). Thank you for supporting me in every stage of life 🤍 I know what a privilege it is to expand our family (and our CycleBar family too!)

PSA: consult a doctor before any physical activity while pregnant to ensure it is safe for you and the little one.
