Your sign to do more active things with your friends (or alone)💫

Try a new sport or explore a new spot instead of doing the same things every weekend.

And don’t be afraid to go alone sometimes. Step outside your comfort zone, try something new & meet people along the way.

That’s what Move Zurich is all about - inspiring an active lifestyle and bringing people together through movement.

Send this to someone you want to try something new with. 🩵 taken in Zürich, Switzerland by @move.zurich

Zurich’s biggest gym just opened its doors 🔥

@nrg_gym_switzerland brings 1,800+ m², 150+ training stations and some seriously impressive equipment to our city🩵

Huge weight training area, unique machines, posing room, a dedicated functional & HYROX space - and it’s open 24/7 with badge access.

Definitely an exciting new spot for Zurich’s fitness scene.

Is this the most underrated sports spot in Zurich? 👀

I went to check out Buchlern Sport Center and honestly, there’s so much here - football, tennis, calisthenics, bouldering, beach volleyball and plenty of space to simply move.

Exploring spots like this shows me how many opportunities Zurich actually gives us to stay active and try something different.
